    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile hi Sean, something to do with an upgrade to a 4g sim card which is happening tomorrow but I have the card and she is 2 hours away-phone will be switched off at 1pm tomorrow - really poor for elderly vulnerable customers...

    @tescomobile, I'm being repeatedly pestered by @peoples_energy calling my phone. When I ask them to remove my number from their list, they hang up. The good news is their numbers are not hidden. How can I get them permanently blocked? (I'd never use a company that cold called).Ta

    @tescomobile Am receiving calls from Central African Republic. Having taken to the Internet about the problem I can see that it is a scam. Numbers are different so little point in trying to block them. I know not to return the calls but are you aware they are happening?

    @tescomobile I, like so many tweet my frustration when there's a problem. On this occasion it was my error but Shaz in customer services was excellent. Promised to call me in 2 weeks when the problem phone was in my possession and did exactly that. Deserves a mention.

    @tescomobile See? No thought to how to solve the problem, offer to pass the matter on to decision-makers or make things easier for customers, especially in THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Just the usual "I'm sorry, it can't be done." You're a joke.

    @tescomobile refusing to give back money that they themselves admit they should not have taken. “We’ll phone you back” they never do. Absolutely disgusting company happy to leave people with no money, even in these tough times. Reported to @CTSI_UK & @OmbudServices this is theft
