@tescomobile I can’t call or receive calls today, get call fail on them all but I’m able to text and use data without a problem. Is there a problem in the CF63 area?

Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

@tescomobile I'm UK resident in Tobago. Have a zero cap on bill. I can't make calls here so I'm trying to get £10 limit on bill. I know my user name. When I try to either put in what I think is my password or reset it I get Glitch message call 4455 but can't make calls. Help!

@tescomobile Ok well I’ve tried your chat thing it was a disaster. Took 20 mins from my workday to chat with “maria” who closed the chat before anything resolved and it said “how would u rate your service”? Will try again in evening but this is shocking service. Waitrose has no prob using DMs

@tescomobile - completely dissatisfied with the service I have received both via your pay as you go service and then subsequently your customer care chat and telephone service. Where do I have to go to lodge a customer complaint?
