@tescomobile hello I topped up my phone on the app and it came out of my bank yesterday but it never topped up my phone as it doesn’t come up when I click top up history. The payment on my bank says pending since yesterday is there anyway you can claim this payment?

@tescomobile your customer services are a disgrace what sort of business doesn’t have an escalated call process and refuses a customer to speak to a supervisor or manager? Ombudsman’s complaint has been opened and I’ll be taking all my contracts elsewhere as soon as they end.

@BenJacklin @tescomobile @joelycett I think at this point i'd be looking for an alternative and seeking compensation from Tesco Mobile. By the looks of it, you've not even got it set up yet... If they are this bad already, i'd have serious concerns about what they'd be like after you've actually joined 😱

@tescomobile your customer service is horrendous!! What we need to do is to be able too pay of the safety buffer in order to be able to use the phone again!! Why has it taken 3 hours to get no where! 15 years of loyalty has amounted too nothing! We Can't wait too leave!
