    @tescomobile Hi, can you tell me if Tesco intends to support Apple Watches any time soon on a cellular level. If not why? O2 network is used on Tesco mobile…. How far apart can an iPhone be away from a watch if used and will your Apple Watch connect to all available WiFi?

    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile what is the escalation process regarding a faulty phone that has been lost by @Tesco? My OAP mother has been without a phone since September and promises to resolve have failed. No senior support from Pengam Green Management or in-store guidance. #disgracefulservice

    @tescomobile I can’t call or receive calls today, get call fail on them all but I’m able to text and use data without a problem. Is there a problem in the CF63 area?

    @tescomobile we switched to you on Sunday thinking we would get a better service! We were very wrong! My husband and I are without phones and can’t be called or make calls. Online chats have been as much use as a chocolate kettle!

    Terrible customer service from @tescomobile. I lost my phone and sim card on 17th of November and asked for proof of barring and sim replacement which was supposed to arrive with in 3-5 working days. It is now 8th of December I still haven’t got my sim replacement.

    Phone signal is so bad now, its been bad for months and months and it's steadily getting to the point where I step out the front door and there's pot luck if you will get a signal! Any idea when this will be fixed @tescomobile

    @tescomobile fantastic service from William today who was sympathetic and helpful as my daughter who is at uni had her phone stolen. NOT so helpful is after sorting a new phone to be sent to her the person I then spoke would not send the new sim to her uni address. Why ??

    Judging by the language being used in relation to @tescomobile's customer service by @Hannc10 at our house, this is a company best avoided!

    @tescomobile Whats going to improve that as its all day not during certain times? It's getting to the point can only use the phone when connected to WiFi. My phones fine as both my daughters and my dad are with Tesco Mobile and have the same issue.

    @tescomobile You told me you as Tesco mobile haven’t got the facilities to contact a local area newspaper about any problems and I’ve just spoken to people in that community who have had no communications for two days about this and they said it would of been ideal to hear from other sources

    This was worst customer service of my life and am requesting @tescomobile to get this sorted in timely and professional manner. I am also requesting for reimbursement for wasting my time money and energy to get this traumatising service.
