Almost a week since I submitted a pac code @tescomobile and still no change of number. 3 calls to “customer care” later and I’m starting to think you don’t care one jot about your customers! Poor show!
@tescomobile could I ask why your signal is ******* shite? Can’t even get 4G on the train, when other people get 5G hahahaha
@tescomobile is your network down? Had no service for two days
@tescomobile Hi, I’m trying to get my PAC code, but has I have mine and my daughters number on the account it’s decided it won’t give me any when I text the number. I want both PAC codes. Could you help please
@tescomobile I was due a refund from yourself of £200 on the first of dec. still not received. I’ve emailed and phone and web chat. It’s been on going for over a month. Please help me.
@tescomobile hi. My dad has been staying with me this weekend in West London. Very poor signal. Can’t make calls or send texts. Is there a problem?
@tescomobile Seriously not good enough - taking money and providing no service. Will be looking elsewhere for a provider
@tescomobile So I’m paying for a service I’m not getting? Not good enough. This event has been bad enough for folks up here - I would have thought that a large concern like @tescomobile would at least do the decent thing and adjust this month’s charges accordingly.
@tescomobile At the moment, I don't have a mobile signal at home & I live in a very remote place. I'll get round to it, eventually.
@tescomobile Thanks @tescomobile - still down. Will there be any compensation for the time we’ve not been able to use your service?
