I’ve tried restarted phone etc. And I work all over London so not area specific

John Mason (@grumpysorrysort) reported@tescomobile spent hours upgrading to i11, over 24 months. Then get agreement through for 36 months. Then told we do not sign agreement and have to through upgrade again as it cannot be altered. We have done nothing wrong. Bad customer service.
