Honestly never known anything like it with a new phone, we’ve both had mobiles since they first appeared on the market so not like we’re novices. It’s going back.

Courier has lied and marked down that new phone was accepted at my old address by someone of my surname, maybe it was the ghost of my dead husband. This could all have been sorted if they’d not lied and not dumped parcel

The prob he’s now having is that he can’t do a factory reset cos the verification code is getting sent to the number he can’t access!
