  @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

  @tescomobile I’m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it won’t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco
