Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
-
Ginny (@GinintheCity) reported@tescomobile your customer service chat on the app is the absolute worst I've ever used. And I've used a lot of really really bad chat services.

chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis @tescomobile Requested SAR over 31 days ago and been ignored - have tried to raise a complaint over 6 times and have had no acknowledgment. Tesco are not logging or adhering to ICO - please help
-
Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

Ryan Trathen. (@ryryTrath) reported@tescomobile @SeanP321 Terrible everywhere in Cornwall every single day
-
Gracie🐦 (@mydogisafreak) reported@AidanDude @tescomobile Hi Aidan, I'm ready to scream now. My sim card isn't working in either phone now. I'm in chat with Somebody at Tesco. I hope I can get some help

Ginny (@GinintheCity) reported@tescomobile No. I've spent over an hour already, and all your team managed to do in that entire time was confirm the postcode I gave THEM at the very start. They didn't respond to any of the signal data I sent. Why waste more time?
-
Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile Hello, yes they are however I'm still paying for a service that I can't use which is a problem .

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reportedAfter 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and can’t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?
