  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

  @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

  @tescomobile you are disgusting my 90 yr old father has heart failure /dementia can’t make or receive calls for 5 days others on the same network can was told the phone mast is down but he also needs a new SIM card to resolve this but you are refusing to send him a new one

  @tescomobile @tescomobile Sorry Harry, you have no idea how frustrating this is. If you experienced life as a TescoMobile customer you might do! Why else would you leave a longstanding customer without a phone for 31 days after your team mistakenly removed my number!

  And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

  @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

  @tescomobile Becca, it's a case of computer says no from @tescomobile. Your colleagues refusing to reconnect me before May 12th. No explanation given and no consideration whatsoever of the impact of this on me. Absolutely appalling customer service from @tescomobile

  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
