Eilish Jordan (@EilishJordan) reported@tescomobile The watch which was part of the promotion was actually a Xiaomi smart band not a Samsung and why would I as the customer need to go chasing this as I paid Tesco to supply it surely it would be Tesco who would need to follow up with their supplier

At one point it was suggested I should call India....worst service
