  @tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @tescomobile hello, my phone is saying emergency calls only and not registered on network, ive restarted, done a network reset etc. I cant receive a text to verify my tesco mobile app and this number im calling from teams doesnt work 03450330000 please help

  @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

  @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles

  @tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

  @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

  @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
