@tescomobile I am a week into my new contract & still have not had my old number transferred successfully. Your customer service team repeatedly tell me there is a technical fault and a delay but cannot tell me what the fault is or when it will be fixed. Please help!

@tescomobile Hello, I am afraid it’s back to one bar. The only thing that helps fix it is to go into the mobile data settings on the phone, select another network and then turn automatic network selection back on again. That’s a trick I saw from a video which still works.

This is priceless, I laugh if I didn’t want to cry. @Tescomobile response to my roaming problems “it should work once you connect to the UK network again” I need roaming NOW, not when I get back to the UK

Anyone on @tescomobile or O2 tried to connect to local network in Madeira? If so, how did you do it please?
