@tescomobile I will be finding an alternative provider at the earliest, and cheapest opportunity. I’ll also be advising my friends, family and colleagues to avoid any long term contract with your network. Pathetically out of touch.

@tescomobile I would suggest changing your contract terms to allow your current customers to easily change from a 4g plan to a 5g plan given their phone has 5g capabilities. Just been told I would have to pay off my existing contract to be able to use 5g on your network.

@bt_uk why is your mobile reception so appalling bad in the BS7 region of Bristol..? It doesn't matter what you're coverage graphic shows as that doesn't represent the actuality... really poor 3G/4G signal indoors or outdoors. I regret switching from @tescomobile
