  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile 15 months left of my contract and a system update has forced my phone into a boot loop, cannot access safe or recovery mode. Please help! I need my phone!

  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile It's cosmetic. Considering I've had it for two years how can it be expected to be in pristine condition??? The only times I'm voiding warranty is by dropping it or water damage, neither of which occurred. It tried to do a system update and got stuck on a boot loop.

  • nicholala85 Nichola (@nicholala85) reported

@tescomobile There is slight cosmetic damage to the back casing (where the lavender colour is coming away from the back case itself) so your troubleshooter claims I will have to pay for it to be inspected incase this is the cause?? That can't be right, it's a software fault!

@tescomobile once again your 4455 number is not working. Poor customer service again after promises made. Even gave your staff a good write up but he didn’t fulfil his side of the good will.

  • RishiSack SackRishi (@RishiSack) reported

@tescomobile Nice try, but actually you're unable to offer any service. That is not acceptable.
