    @tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

    @tescomobile hi please help, I am being bombarded with scam calls from different O2 numbers. So far today I've received 6, sometimes within half an hour of each other. Have blocked each number as they have arrived but is there anything you can do?

    @tescomobile hello I was wondering I was on the phone to customer care and they needed a number thing to find what phone I got the AirPods with and I forget the number which is followed by a hash

    @tescomobile No idea how your customer service is the worst leaving me with out a service for over a week telling me just take sim out clean it put it back in after messing up porting my number over had to leave networks to get a service that worked
