@tescomobile Is there a way to cancel my pac code going over though

@tescomobile It literally did not mention that it would get wiped off it just said my bill renews. That did not suggest to me that it renewed and got rid of what I paid for. Unfortunately you've lost a customer, when my contract ends I will go with a competitor. Thanks

@tescomobile I've been a Tesco customer for years. No issues with their service, network or support. Brilliant price also.

@tescomobile Please take this tweet as notice that I wish to cancel with effect from May 15, 2021 but I wish to keep my number and would like a PAC code.

@tescomobile That’s one side, but you don’t support calls over 4G or WiFi which in a way makes your signal worse call wise. Also if I call 112 (999) but pass out (or can’t talk) your network does not tell emergency services where I am. Also no visual voicemail so takes ages to listen.

@CreateALittle @tescomobile ... but do the same with Tesco mobile (which works on O2 btw) and they’d gave no idea where you were when the call was made. Also odd situation sure but if you’re ever in a place with only 4G signal (no 3G or 2G) then you can’t make or receive calls on Tesco mobile. But O2 can.

So #tescomobile has a rubbish website like something from the 1990's with lots of pretend security hoops that only work properly on desktop. Yep that bad, for a mobile service. Tesco showing how it invests in its service.

@tescomobile @EE Then service has gone dramatically down hill, yes I know there is a pandemic but almost impossible to get through to them. I've been a good customer for a while and think I deserve better.

@aquatic_reviews @tescomobile @O2 You do realise that Tesco piggybacks on o2 network right, if I’ve ever had an issue I would go on chat to them and it gets sorted so hope o2 can sort it for you, the bill is only going up by like a few pence the reason Tesco won’t do that is because the prices are already up to
