Sredna Rapmil (@SrednaRapmil) reported@tescomobile Becca, it's a case of computer says no from @tescomobile. Your colleagues refusing to reconnect me before May 12th. No explanation given and no consideration whatsoever of the impact of this on me. Absolutely appalling customer service from @tescomobile
-
UK_Grumble (@UK_Grumble) reported@tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests you’ve still charged me double my rate for a ‘new’ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer 👋

Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@tescomobile you are great at taking our money, but when it comes to leaving, you just lie. I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size
-
Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

alan lewis wildlife stuff (@LewisStuff) reported@silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
