Tesco Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AzThornhill3 Aaron Thornhill (@AzThornhill3) reported

Is there something up with @tescomobile network? My messages aren’t working

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I understand that. I have never not understood that. What I don't understand is why the instructions I recieved so many times over, which were intended to allow my husband to access help when he needed it, were consistently wrong.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile My husband has managed to speak to customer support, who still couldn't help him. Having all the family on one pay monthly deal means that if someone runs out of minutes and needs to buy more, they can't unless I am there too. This is unsafe for medically vulnerable people.

  • TheUnbearableJ1 TheUnbearableJuan (@TheUnbearableJ1) reported

    @tescomobile is the network down?

  • Kutiez2012 Kate H (@Kutiez2012) reported

@tescomobile This means that even as the person who set up the account and purchased these contracts I am unable to access my account without the help and availability of my children!

  • capod30 caroline (@capod30) reported

@tescomobile I used to have an icon in my settings for WiFi calling but have noticed since being with Tesco mobile (only a couple of months) this icon has disappeared I have googled it, it suggests some networks have to be asked about it being available, I live in s poor mobile signal area

  • Jollypostie Martin Reynolds (@Jollypostie) reported

@tescomobile hi, if I have issues with an iPhone 6s, still under warranty, do I contact you or Apple to sort it out?

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Additionally, it ought to be possible for each member of the family with a phone on that plan to get help when they need it. The account, and my details, would be just as safe if a passcode protected it.. These can be randomly generated on request. I'm frustrated, not dim.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Having paid Tesco Mobile £20, all my husband wanted was to be able to make calls. I'm sorry if I'm missing some really obvious point here, but that was the issue, and the question, and I can't believe I'm still having the same conversation.
