@tescomobile Hi Jade, yeah the online chat people have told me twice that there is a problem with the gateway. Address fine, my bank / funds availability fine (all three I’ve tried), used different laptops / browsers… will try again today.

@tescomobile just seen ad for network that allows you to use maps when you’ve used up your data. How about allowing Find My Phone to stay active when you run out of data so parents can keep an eye on their children?

@O2 I’m with @tescomobile & they use your line network, I have tried multiple times to try to send them but it doesn’t send then to @actionfrauduk or anywhere less, I just get a message failed to send. My mobile number isn’t on any list except companies I’ve worked for & applied for.

@tescomobile Unacceptable comparing with most other carriers who all have some form of agreement. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years... Time to move on I feel

@tescomobile @d_scott84 Well, it’s kind of the same issue. I’m pretty sure something’s not working. Can’t even sign in on the app (and reinstalled that, now it doesn’t recognise my phone number)
