    @Ohholycow @toastytoastbuns @tescomobile If they tell you to wait over 5 working days for a call just bypas them and phone customer services insist on speaking to a manager it's the only way to solve it, hope you get sorted soon hunni

    @tescomobile why is the speeds and signal so bad constantly in Glasgow! Know people on O2 who don't have nearly as bad a service

    @LeilaHenry1 Thanks for the info Leila. Sounds like it might have been my number was disconnected - confused by my local mast also being down. I've left TM (after 7 years) but am struggling to get a refund from @tescomobile Headed to Ombudsman now just to recover a modest amount!

    @tescomobile could you explain why your sims always have issues in samsung phones. Again it isn't showing your sim in my phone? But guess what it is in my phone.

    @O2 @tescomobile @giffgaff you do realise no one on another network/landline can ring anyone on your 3 networks (basically o2) just each other o2 to o2

    @tescomobile There is never any issues or work registered but frequently lose signal walking down a street or speeds less than old dial up

    @tescomobile your payasyougo phone app is constantly closing on trying to open it. Tried reinstalling, didn't help

    @simon_euro @tescomobile Do you keep the phone on all the time? Static electricity can disturb electronic devices. Surprising how many times my mystery problems have gone away after re-starting devices. Try switching off completely. If the battery is removable, remove, replace (also the SIM) & re-start.
