@tescomobile @tescomobile trying very hard to retrieve a password this morning for a contract phone account (almost due to renew!)..and failing miserably due to a “glitch”..and god knows what else…multiple tries..exhausted all options..help!

Is it possible that after switching from @O2 to @tescomobile for a better deal, I’ve got worse signal coverage? They run on the same network but I’m getting “zero bars” in my house more than I ever did on o2, which was typically one or two bars.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@tescomobile Last time(few weeks ago) I got a new sim to fix a similar issue and the store colleague told me I'd have no signal for 24 hours and tbh this was the case
