@tescomobile 3gb, 6gb and 25gb. Poor selection of data for your contract phones. 6gb not enough and 25gb far too much .You used to be good for price and choice, not no more.

@tescomobile Hey Tesco Mobile, while looking for a new 5g sim only contract with you as a customer of 10 years,I can get a better deal through Uswitch as a new Tesco Mobile customer, have I really got to PAC my number to Giff Gaff and then come back?

  • full_goat Jo (@full_goat) reported

@tescomobile I telephoned to cancel within 30 minutes of placing an online order. I don’t understand why I can’t get a refund on an order that was never shipped! It’s really frustrating because it’s not a small amount and it’s causing me difficulty!

  • deadpool_1976 mark shinton (@deadpool_1976) reported

@tescomobile upgraded my contract Tuesday, got sent a payg sim instead of a 5G sim, had no service since the that evening.... absolutely fuming!!! #poor #service

  • JaneEBastow Jane Bastow (@JaneEBastow) reported

@tescomobile no phone service in Meltham (HD9) yet again!! This happens so often I want to leave Tesco mobile because you aren't fulfilling your obligations. Please let me know how I end my contact?

  • TheMrnortholt Nick W (@TheMrnortholt) reported

@tescomobile I think my wife who has the contract on son’s phone has gone down this route, but will try again. Thankyou

  • jmh3004 ⭐️ Jo Hogben ⭐️ (@jmh3004) reported

@tescomobile I can’t keep on trying, I’m working. I submitted the complaint details by email to avoid this, why can an email not be replied to with more than a useless ID reference!? Not only were we given false information, we now can’t get a reply in a timely manor.

  • pritchard_craig Craig Pritchard (@pritchard_craig) reported

@StacyD_83 @O2 I had one a couple of weeks ago and as @tescomobile are my network provider I knew something was wrong so I deleted it instantly

  • shaha_alam Shaha Alam (@shaha_alam) reported

@tescomobile Of course it's registered with royal mail. How would I be receiving mail at these years? The problem is with your address lookup - it's a UI limitation. I'd happily explain it if your weren't so keen to fob me off with non-answers. What happened to customer service?
