    @tescomobile I submitted an email complaint on Monday. Tuesday I received what looked like a reply with an incident number (4073062) but no actual reply. I emailed by return on Wednesday asking what was happening, but have heard nothing more since?

    @tescomobile Your service is very poor. Not only has it taken nearly 2 weeks to collect a return and countless calls from myself (your team got the address wrong and also failed to log it on one occasion) but now you have just tried to deliver an item I did not even order.

    @tescomobile Hi im on contract and my phone seems to be having issues with recognising theres a sim card in it. This has been happening since this morning. Im with you guys. Is your network having issues? Or is there a problem with my sim card/phone??

    @tescomobile I telephoned to cancel within 30 minutes of placing an online order. I don’t understand why I can’t get a refund on an order that was never shipped! It’s really frustrating because it’s not a small amount and it’s causing me difficulty!

    @tescomobile upgraded my contract Tuesday, got sent a payg sim instead of a 5G sim, had no service since the that evening.... absolutely fuming!!! #poor #service

    @StacyD_83 @O2 I had one a couple of weeks ago and as @tescomobile are my network provider I knew something was wrong so I deleted it instantly

    @tescomobile is there a problem with your network iv gone from having 4g the h and sometimes h+ so can hardly do anything. Checked online says it's fine. Turned phone on/off and cleaner sim but nothing has worked
