@tescomobile I only tried to cancel the data plan to pay the cost of the phone after 30 days or so as i was busy. I already had a Sky plan with my old number so really didn't need to pay overpriced mobile plan that it was with Tesco. But it was advertised as rolling when it wasn't.

@tescomobile Easy decision for me. Probably just cancel my direct debit, never buy anything from Tesco again and never buy another @apple Iphone. Businesses today are borderline scamming consumers. How can a less than 2yr old phone be unusable after 8 hours when it's not even used all day?

  • G_Force_Invests Gavin (@G_Force_Invests) reported

@tescomobile But do you have your own network and did you invest in 5g? 🤔

  • Keg1985 Kate Garbutt (@Keg1985) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply Laura, looks like there's upgrades going on until 28th March - seems a long time to be with no signal though and with no advanced warning either.

  • pabakz Paul B (@pabakz) reported

Many of the deals are for resellers such as @tescomobile or @lebara Do these resellers generally have full access to the parent network or is their access constrained in bandwidth or service restrictions?

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@Elite91X @tescomobile My phone's tend to last me at least two years. I've had ones last longer, though generally they get to slow. This is the first time I've had an actual Google phone and is impressive how noticeable small tweaks and improvements are.

  • Ian_Arnold24 Ian Arnold (@Ian_Arnold24) reported

@tescomobile I have rung you about threatening letters sent to my 83 year old mother who has dementia and have been promised that you will call me back, but to no avail, despite me closing her account back in February! Utterly disgraceful customer service, shame on you!

  • andy_uk44 I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported

@tescomobile @TelefonicaUK It don’t matter who the mobile network provider is in my area as the signal from everyone is near enough dead signals
