Rufus🏴🇬🇧 (@RobertJudd4) reported@tescomobile Strange in this GPS accurate tech with mobiles that Tesco cannot differentiate between Greece and Albania, arrived in Corfu Greece to be told that Tesco that Greece is a home destination and you are covered for use on your mobile, several days later, another message, welcome to Albania, I have not moved my location, I have never been to Albania, get back to find I have some charges as phone says I was in Albania, Corfu is close to Albania, about 5 miles, the solution according to Tesco is to turn off roaming data, put your data allowance to zero. Seems pointless to have Tesco as that is why I changed because no charges in EU. To be fair to Tesco they gave me a credit but this must be a common problem with Corfu.

K Jones (@Homer_EFG) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.
-
Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile also will I be compensated for not having phone signal as I'm paying for a service that you can't provide
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile And then I contacted their customer service in chat immediately after, so if it had gone through despite them telling me otherwise… they'd have told me?
-
Lee James (@wots_kraken) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile It's honestly awful man. It's just getting worse and worse

Oracle (@biggle1908) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Some of these companies have appalling customer service.
-
ImMrMac (@InMrMac) reportedAnd yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@_EnglishMon_ @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border glitches happen even on Anglesey, Ireland's 50 miles away. A local eSIM would've kept you on the right network.
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.

Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.
