    @tescomobile Hi. My wife gave me a pay monthly SIM. I put it into the phone and it seems ok (rang when I called the number). Don't know what to do next though. Can you help?

    @tescomobile my husband purchased 2 contracts and returned them within 14 days of period, still he has not received refund. Moreover no one is helping with the issue.

    @tescomobile raised a complaint through chat where.mamager advised I would be contacted within 48 hours. No response. Tesco mobile have added a loan to my credit file when my contract shows as telecom separately. This is affecting credit file not.

    @Browwwn @tescomobile I'm really not sure why cleaning the contacts would help me send a text to one specific number that isn't working when all the others are, but I might humour them anyway.
