    @tescomobile Hi, currently trying to cancel my account with Tesco Mobile as I've emigrated and no longer use it. I can't seem to login to my Pay as You Go account without access to the number. How else can I cancel? It's only a rocket pack will cancelling my DD work?

    @tescomobile The last person (customer care) I spoke to took my details and asked me to hold while she checked the details. After a few minutes the call was cut off. 2/2

    @BBCRadio2 I have just tried to add your number to my WhatsApp but my phone provider @tescomobile won't allow me send even though it is a free service if you have Wi-Fi!!!

    @tescomobile So you are trying to justify misleading advertising by “read the small print”? that is not how it works by the way, I just cannot be arsed taking it to trading standards. Pretty poor of you to try and defend it though.

    @tescomobile Hi there, tried to get through to customer services but quite busy. I’m an existing customer wanting to change to a 5G SIM cards/price plan (not 5G ready). Can’t find 5G SIM card on the website - do you do these? Thanks!

    @tescomobile He found the phone so it has the original sim . Your customer care refused to unblock it or to send out a new sim without a code texted to his phone - which of course can’t happen as its blocked . Ive called the 0345 number many times to try sort - kept on hold for ages
