Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.

You need to significantly modify your systems. I’ll be leaving your system once I can sort the banking IT issue. I’m more than disappointed with your ****.
