@tescomobile Guessing I didn't get the right phone, never had any issue with my Android, you live and learn, never again will I buy an iPhone, trying to self isolate, get Tesco deliveries so I can look after my 91 year old mother and to update my new phone I have to visit a store unacceptable

@tescomobile Not impressed, after inputting my bank details to purchase a new mobile, i was told to ring a number for further checks. I asked to provide details of both my passport and driving licence to prove my identity. I do not drive! I was turned down! What a waste of time!
