    @tescomobile joke , still no callback from concerns managent team, again another broken promise. Supposed transfer number (you changed without telling me) back to my account 9th , now been charge £10 an job still not done , still on pay as you go how hard is it, still waiting

    @tescomobile Routinely losing signal and arranged replacement SIM. Removed and cleaned old SIM and now getting no signal at all. Using Pixel 4. Is there anything wrong with your local coverage? This has been happening for months, restart usually resolves.

    @RockRollDriver @tescomobile @Tesco Why don’t you use the time you ‘would’ have spent on the app to get off your backside and go to the store to find out instead of berating people working hard IN SCOTLAND about bad customer service over something they have no control over 🙄 Tesco has great CS, just bad customers

    @Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile If I had good Wi-Fi it wouldn’t be much of a problem, but because were miles from the village we only have ancient dial up. My wifi speed is 0.6mbps!

    @tescomobile why do you not have bereavement support? My husband died and my phone is in his name, I can’t change the contract into my own name. I have tried customer support and messaging. This is stressful.

    @tescomobile shocking customer service. Halfway through a 3 year contract and, for the 2nd time my Nokia 8.3 5g battery is dying (first fix clearly didn't). No ownership. Not in warranty 🤬 Pay £200 to upgrade, no waiver. So what exactly do I use my 12g data/texts/minutes on?
