    @jingsy @tescomobile I’m also having the same problem been fobbed off twice over the phone and instore saying nothing they can do. Only been waiting since last Tuesday

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile Hi, please could you help? I have (had) a 4G pay as you go account with £9.99 credit remaining when a week or so back it was suddenly disconnected. I am disabled and unable to visit in-store to get help, and although I use the phone infrequently, I need it for safety

    @tescomobile tesco mobile ; 13.37 to 15.30 ; HOURS on the phone to tesco mobile and finaly they admit the have top up problems on their non smart phones that they sell to customers in store

    Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile
