    Man I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!

    @tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

    @tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???

    @tescomobile I've never met a sales agent less interested in my life. I've just tried to take out a mobile and the order failed online. I called customer to make the 1
