    @tescomobile Hello Callum. That’s fantastic news….very pleased!! As I am a technical idiot do I need to turn the roaming on my phone off when not logged into say a hotel Wi-Fi? I’m sure that used to be a thing!!

    @tescomobile Another call, 7th adviser!! Another 40 minutes on the phone. Another comment that there is still a bar on the number. Another assurance it has been removed and yet another assurance that after 24 Hours my service would resume. NO CONFIDENCE

    @tescomobile Hi, I added extra data onto my daughter’s phone 3 days ago and since then she is unable to use data. I’ve had lots of message conversations giving various solutions but nothing works. She’s away at uni so it’s not easy to sort out. Any help would be appreciated

    @tescomobile shocking company 6 weeks ago I ported my number over, I still have no mobile data and can't send text messages. Customer service poor, apparently 4 "escalations" done, still not sorted! Disgusting
