Always used to recommend @tescomobile for decent service. Been with them 7 years now I want to leave have to pay leaving fee...all because I changed tariffs within last year (because I was paying MORE than I should have been) which resets the 12 month contract. FFS 😡😡😡😡

I really wish I never left @tescomobile for @O2 their customer service is shocking can never speak to anyone without them hanging up the call
