ESPF (ЕСПФ) (@ESPeciallyFlynn) reported@tescomobile seems to be trying to defraud its potential customers as well as piss them off. Perhaps speaking to a manager shouldn't be such an ordeal? Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.

Rodney Isemann (@isemann) reported@tescomobile @clairefweir investigation into my parcel containing soap (not a phone!) raised on the 23rd September (via tescomobile cust. service here). Told multiple times investigation takes 5 working days. Told today 3rd October it actually will take another 4 working days.
