    @EmmaScrumpyj3 @tescomobile They use the O2 network

  • Alphawolfy_ Matt (@Alphawolfy_) reported

    @tescomobile Just got a letter from @O2 hiking my tariffs up a few days ago for no valid reason, just because they can so long as they tack a flimsy excuse onto it.. It's a disgrace, you are right. They treat anyone who's already a customer like garbage because they already 'have' us. :/

  • closed386 closed386 (@closed386) reported

    @tescomobile when phone contract ends planning on transferring number to a new account in my name (as someone else currently pays). Was told until I don't upgrade or cancel this would be a rolling contract, would this be the same for the new account

  • NormaFo62826970 darlean5@outlook.com (@NormaFo62826970) reported

    @tescomobile so if i did purchase new contract in new account and decided to cancel within 14 days, would i carry on paying airtime agreement until i plan on upgrading again - and would this payment be taken from the previous account it was in

    @tescomobile can someone help me please my grandmother had a text with a claim code for a £5 e-voucher but when I input her details it says it's not a valid email (but it is) even when I try my own email address it says 'email addresses are different' but they aren't

  • _housematerants The feeling when you live with idiots (@_housematerants) reported

    @tescomobile Yeah this is all meaning well and that but since you don't actually run an actual network, you piggy back off o2 you don't need to put the prices up because you aren't investing in the network.

  • JayOhEe3 JayOhEe📈 (@JayOhEe3) reported

    @Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews my mother has been very upset with her customer service using the online Tesco mobile. She’s been sent a faulty phone. Had it confirmed as faulty in store. Unable to do anything in store as bought online. Online are not being helpful. Any help? 1/2

  • CaolanMahon 𝙲𝚊𝚘𝚕𝚊𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚘𝚗 (@CaolanMahon) reported

    @tescomobile Haven’t had any network for over a week and told ‘we WILL charge you for it anyway.’ Shocking customer service. AVOID @tescomobile like the plague

  • NoVinylLynal novinyllynal (@NoVinylLynal) reported

    @tescomobile You don’t use your own network. You piggy back of others that have invested in the strength of its service.
