    @tescomobile husband and I have had little or no phone service for over 4 weeks now PR25 just keep getting told your working on a problem , how much longer am I expected to wait ? Before I change provider

    Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

    @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

    @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.
