    @tescomobile we haven’t had any service since last Sunday due to an o2 mast problem , this is the 2nd or 3rd time this year , we were promised a discount on our (my partner and I’s) bill but that never happened . I think it’s appalling, we can’t send or receive calls since Sat.

    @tescomobile making it impossible to cancel an outraged contract. I have 3 accounts need to cancel one but you are not allowing me access to the account. I'll cancel all 3 and DD then you may want to engage. Shocking customer service.

    @tescomobile She wasn't the master account. I was. Then I left. Your customer service is disgraceful and we shall be leaving Tesco mobile as soon as we can.
