  • imkarthick Karthick Natarajan (@imkarthick) reported

@elainee40ire @tescomobile @tescomobileire Exactly the same prob.. no mobile network or mobile internet. Can't even dial 1749

  • ClsrThnMst Andy (@ClsrThnMst) reported

@tescomobile It's not an occasional issue, it's just poor coverage. And not having WiFi calling enabled is a tesco decision

  • neanimorphicMe Mazz323 (@neanimorphicMe) reported

@UninhP @tescomobile @UninhP you will never get Tesco Mobile to admit a fault. It's like all large corporate companies, they've stopped putting the customer first, it's all about the money. I mean why bother informing you of changes to your plan when it means they are cashing in?

  • CaseyStu Stu Casey (@CaseyStu) reported

@OpalM00nstone @tescomobile Can I ask why as I was looking into trying them I thought they had same network as 02

  • hellopandapoo Lottie (@hellopandapoo) reported

@tescomobile Genuinely have never had an issue with @VodafoneUK they replaced my sim immediately free of charge, they told me my contract was up and put me on a sim only contract for £20 a month which took 30 seconds over the phone. Brilliant mobile provider.

  • JaceyJonnson Daisy J Crafts (@JaceyJonnson) reported

@tescomobile I was lured away by the promise of a better plan with a free gift. Should. Have. Resisted. Now I have poor connection, a sky high bill and misery for another 6 months, wait for me Tesco? It was me, not you!

  • richwould Richard Would (@richwould) reported

@tescomobile How about a company that sells two different contracts as if two different time periods but then charges you if you leave wish to change the first contract before the second has expired? You should be saying sorry, losing a customer of 12 years in six months time.

  • WiressEU dani. (@WiressEU) reported

@UninhP @tescomobile Same with every contract, youre supposed to manually cancel it yourself you have a contracted term and once it’s up it’s up. Hence one year/two year contracts. Your privs and price offers only last the duration of your contract. It’s common knowledge you have to cancel yourself.

  • ScottARobb Scott Robb (@ScottARobb) reported

@tescomobile All the same. @EE don’t recognise loyalty and are happy to charge over the odds for mediocre service. @ThreeUK are already increasing my contract price after switching to them after 3 months. Can’t win.

  • ClsrThnMst Andy (@ClsrThnMst) reported

@tescomobile It'd be nice if @tescomobile offered WiFi calling like every other network I've ever been on. Swapped to tesco and now my phone never rings at home because it never has a signal despite what the map says. As soon as I leave home I get voicemails for all the "missed calls"
