@tescomobile Didn’t realise I had 24mth sim contract but 36mth phone contract , my bad for not reading it but was gutted at 36mth contract

  • TonyJonesCITP Tony Jones CITP FBCS (@TonyJonesCITP) reported from Wrexham, Wales

@tescomobile I have been happy enough with the overall service, but the network signal could have been better. Hence the move to another party. Thanks 👍

  • 5pur5y Dave Will Droz (@5pur5y) reported

@tescomobile This makes no sense. You just renegotiate, like almost every product and service. Get over the virtue signalling.

  • JasmineFourn Jas (@JasmineFourn) reported

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile Erm they run off O2.. it’s not the networks fault if the service in one particular house is bad, ring up o2 and get a booster

  • VgnRav Rav (@VgnRav) reported

My mum is with @tescomobile and doesn't get voicemail and doesn't see if someone is calling her whilst on the phone. Sounds like a carrier issue rather than a phone issue? She has a Samsung

  • tigressuk tigress (@tigressuk) reported

@tescomobile Not sure why you’re “sorry” for other networks?! I wanted to be on your network and you couldn’t provide a signal to my village! So I had no option but to go to with an alternative!!

  • wormholeextreme Ian Chambers (@wormholeextreme) reported

@tescomobile Yeah all of them. If you’re going to hike up the price give us a little something extra to make up for it. Like a free trial to some streaming service, or free calls after a certain time. If you’ve not already got it more data. 🤔

  • KetamineMr MrKetamine (@KetamineMr) reported

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile As someone who works for a phone company I can say it's probably not tescos fault but what's in your house is a signal blocker, things like the insulation, types of windows thickness of walls etc. If it worked outside then it's more likely the house.
