  Whats going @tescomobile over a week now for a simple PAC and Port over from our old network! we are still having to go use 2 phones. That’s 4 phones we have had to carry this whole holiday weekend. If not sorted we will be using our 14 day period to cancel 3 contracts!

  @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

  @tescomobile issues with my transfer to TM, did an online chat and was offered 1000 Clubcard points as compensation for the delay. When will they be added to my account? Thanks Webdy

  @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

  @tescomobile Becca, it's a case of computer says no from @tescomobile. Your colleagues refusing to reconnect me before May 12th. No explanation given and no consideration whatsoever of the impact of this on me. Absolutely appalling customer service from @tescomobile

  @tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)
