Tried to find a way with @tescomobile seems like the only way is to leave. Suggest anyone thinking this may be a good choice think again. Their admin.promises and philosophy for customer help is sadly not there

@tescomobile @WhichUK @tescomobile I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago and still have not had a call to resolve. Numerous calls have been made to your customer service department promises of calls to be returned which have never been fulfilled. I am absolutely shocked of the delivery of your service!

@tescomobile Just cancel both my contracts as lies and this sort of service can leave people like me on floor dying with no help so pls cancel my contracts u won't be getting no fees from me I need a company that don't lie to their customers of 3 years

@tescomobile avoid these lying staff promised to pay bill 2moro few days late agreed not to cut mine and my sons phone off but have. I am terminally ill with mobility issues and no home phone so let's hope my boy don't find me passed out on floor again 48 HOURS FOR MANAGERC2 RING

@tescomobile No point I spoken to your company twice . And fed up of the lies and I am very ill and need my phone tesco know this as I am a vulnerable adult terminally ill with serious mobility problems I don't have a home phone and u have now isolated me I can't ever ring for help

@paulamkershaw @O2 @tescomobile Yeh seems to be network wide. As not even localised to my area seeing 5 of us having same issue... Sometimes some come through twice or 3 times as well.

@tescomobile live checker says there’s a faulty mast near to me and my signal keeps dropping. Can you please advise how long this is likely to be an issue for? The checker says an update will be provided on 08/07/22 but presumably this won’t be issued out to everyone affected?

@tescomobile IS THERE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE - 2 WEEKS AWAITING TWO PHONES IN THE FAMILY TO WORK!! All different stories coming from the 6 calls we’ve made and 4 emails!! HUSBAND AT HIS WITS END!!
