@tescomobile Best customer service… what a joke. After trying to cancel my contract on numerous occasions you send me a debt collection letter. Idiots

  • JamesFo24178581 James Foster (@JamesFo24178581) reported

@tescomobile I wonder what would happen if I was to shut a store down, or cut Tesco phone lines for over a month. This is costing me tens of thousands of pounds.

  • odriscollshane Shane O'Driscoll (@odriscollshane) reported

@tescomobile Yes I need my account number. It’s not on any of the documents I have and I also need to cancel the account as I’m out of contract

  • NathalieTurpin Nathalie Turpin (@NathalieTurpin) reported

@tescomobile for goodness sakes... How long does it actually take to get a number transferred to a new mobile provider. Guess it was good I moved given your service!!

  • CaramelKuush Mel (@CaramelKuush) reported

When you don’t get phone calls anymore cuz @tescomobile service is the absolute ******* worst. Suppose my health isn’t really that important, it’s only a spinal condition

  • BlackstudentsMH Black Students Mental Health Blog (@BlackstudentsMH) reported

@tescomobile I did, although it is clear it’s a manufacturer’s malfunction. Tesco repair team are demanding £450, customer care is dead, they don’t care, just want more money. The phone is new, they say they don’t talk to @SamsungUK yet happy to sell their product. Treatment is disgusting

  • urbanedgedesign Thomas James (@urbanedgedesign) reported

@tescomobile can you please fix all the accordions and tabs on your website, they’ve been broken for days, can’t open any drop-down information. As a new customer constantly being sent by advisors to the site, this is bad. Thanks.

  • jbecole Janet (🇺🇦🌻❤️)🇪🇺 🙏 💙 (@jbecole) reported

@mrsverypicky @tescomobile Our signal may be poor here but their customer service has always been brilliant. Prices due to go up next month but our Sim only is currently £12 a month for both of us, we can't grumble, plus points too.

  • TonyLov23813935 Tony Lovett (@TonyLov23813935) reported

@tescomobile Customer service award, that's a laugh, forty days now since you "lost" my number ... Not one call or one person taking responsibility.... Pathetic..

  • GrimeyDubya Graeme (@GrimeyDubya) reported

@tescomobile Everyone seems to be looking at it as it’s been in DM for 10 days now and no resolution . The App doesn’t recognise your pass code and the website says “an error has occurred, see the log for details”
