@tescomobile went to turkey and used my phone for 8mins before it told me I’ve reached my limit. My phone is £134 roaming charges for 8 mins use of my phone. It’s 2022 this is disgusting service. Do not go with Tesco if you travel abroad unless you’ve won lottery

@Craigo71 @tescomobile @O2 New phone, 100Gb of data for £20 a month, 24 month contract, with 3. A couple of minor technical issues (mainly because I'm technically inept) which were sorted really quickly. Decent signal coverage. I was with Tesco but they couldn't match that.

@tescomobile @gerryculbert1 Don’t even believe their lies!!! 3 weeks later, and I’m still without signal and I’ve heard all the excuses under the sun. And conveniently I’ve dealt with “Liz” EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE.

Hi @tescomobile 👋 Got my new phone a week ago but not been able to use it outside the house as it won't switch from WiFi to 4g without a reboot. Then 4g just drops off. Support line says 'outage' and 'being fixed'. Is it? Not the best first impression for me. Please advise..

@tescomobile None of you are getting the point are you?! I’ve had at least 6 different excuses as to why your pathetic excuse of a network can’t deliver what you promise. I’ve looked through your feed and have seen other people have been offered some sort of compensation for how crap (1)
