    @tescomobile Seem to be problems making phonecalls in Fishguard this week. Two different handsets that work in other areas fine just not here. Any ideas?

    @tescomobile Happy to DM, but a manager just told me I must go into the store to get my complaint resolved, which is not what your policy says at all. We can DM, by all means, as long as you're going to get your policy right, otherwise I'll save my time and complain directly to the omdsman.

    @tescomobile Hi there. Sorry for the late reply I didn’t receive any notification! There is no know issue, it’s not my postcode it’s an area where I walk daily (that’s how I know it’s not my phone!) like I said it only been the last 3 weeks

    I still can't understand why @o2 have customer service non existent in the UK,it seems to be south Africa,you can tell reading from script (except retentions,sales,complaints UK based) yet @tescomobile @SkyUK (mobile) have 100% UK call centres no price rise and cheaper yet are 02

    @tescomobile i got a pay monthly contract with you for my business everytime i try to sign in it says wrong password then when i try to reset the password it keeps coming up "were having technical difficulties" been like it the last 3 months whats wrong with the website?
