Lee Walker (@covps) reported@tescomobile can you explain why you can’t provide a mobile service for my daughter? She transferred from EE a month ago and can’t receive calls or messages from other networks. She has spent 2.5 hours on the phone with customers support and been sent a replacement SIM.
