    @tescomobile impossible to get through to speak to anyone. No appropriate options and wound my way through tortuous jolly voices that were no help until I was kicked out. NOT impressed and still have my query.

    @BBCRadio2 I have just tried to add your number to my WhatsApp but my phone provider @tescomobile won't allow me send even though it is a free service if you have Wi-Fi!!!
