@tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

@tescomobile @tescomobile I’m a HGV driver so I’m all over the country and it’s happening more times than not, where I try to load social media, videos etc etc it states I have full 4G and it won’t load. I’ve been into a tesco mobile branch and they’ve told me there’s an issue with data 1/2

Mate why is the data signal on @tescomobile so poor. Full 4G, nothing loads, full 3G nothing loads, full 5G in cities, NOTHING LOADS! Checked the coverage and it’s perfectly fine… wtf is going on?

@tescomobile Hi there, I moved house recently and at my new address my signal is stuck at the lowest level, I cannot make phone calls or receive them without getting disconnected after a a few seconds. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.
