smello (@smello_vision) reported@tescomobile Hi I'm really hoping you can help me, I heard a radio ad the other week (around the 3rd of August) that was about the usage and meaning of the slang term "NPC," i was wondering if this ad, and the series of them, were available anywhere to listen to? thanks!

Paul Dyer (@pauldyer505) reported@tescomobile Hi Chris. My number is 07955695693 - for quite a while the app has said I can’t upgrade. Could you tell me why and how I can fix it please?
-
TheMrsButcher (@Teldeb) reported@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?
-
Tim (@t1m670) reported@tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

KJ (@riverofstardust) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile This fits with my mums recent experience - I can't believe how poor it's been! Currently planning to cancel her contract and get her a decent service
-
Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported@tescomobile There may be no fault, but also virtually NO signal to make/receive calls in Bournemouth BH4 area all of the time.
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reportedAfter 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and can’t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?
