    @tescomobile After logging a complaint with you back in April after the terrible service I received after my sister passed away - I have had no acknowledgment or final response in over 8 weeks despite chasing. Please respond so I can go to the communications ombudsman.

    Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are Β£7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

    After getting a new πŸ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’―
