@tescomobile Hello, the mast near me at work is showing as not working on the O2 website and has been like this since last week. Can you look into this as it’s not ideal and the service alert service from O2 isn’t working.

@tescomobile after being a customer for mobiles over a number of years we have tried to upgrade 2 phones but as the direct debit has never been set up by yourselves and we pay online we have been turned down due to we have to prove 3 direct debit payments to upgrade

@tescomobile DMd already "No issue" on your end, cannot cancel without penalty as data connection and calls/texts outside on 3 contracts we have. Wifi calling roll out slow. Signal inside is zero and patchy outside. Will post our signal image daily as a reference for potential new customers.

@tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service from Tesco Mobile once more. Was offered £30 compensation due to YOUR service outage for 3 weeks with no pre-notice given to customers. Your agent is a disgrace with his platitudes.

4months of NO SIGNAL in my area. Cheers @tescomobile for charging me full line rental again. Surely this mast that 'your engineers' are working on will be fixed soon #robbery #fullofexcuses
