1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile

@tescomobile upgraded on the 22nd delivery today, just got email from DPD to say its coming on the 31st !!! #NotHappy phoned you at 0800 today was on phone for 10 minutes and your operative hung up !! call that service ?

@tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

@tescomobile Just I been told its a scam that dhould be illegal and therefore I want to cancel this contract as I was sold it being mislead .As I text people all time yet my 5000 free texts stay at 5000 cause u scamming me and changing texts in to chargeable mms WRONG AND WILL SOON BE ILKEGAL

@tescomobile Selling contracts in an area where a mast is broken whilst showing someone an o2 network checker which showed good signal is just plain dodgy
