    @tescomobile Is says there’s no issues but signal is crap. Even when I go into your tesco stores to shop i have to connect to wifi otherwise i have no reception

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    @tescomobile @tescomobile Sorry Harry, you have no idea how frustrating this is. If you experienced life as a TescoMobile customer you might do! Why else would you leave a longstanding customer without a phone for 31 days after your team mistakenly removed my number!

    Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Why was I told a refund would be processed yet now I’ve received an email stating it won’t. You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.
