    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @tescomobile The mast must be down in Polegate. No 5G or even 4G for days. Can you advise exactly when my service will return please?

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one
