@tescomobile I have three pay monthly phones with you and have been a customer for around 9 years. Im not going to continue giving you nearly £100 a month if this nonsense can't be resolved fairly

@tescomobile poor experience of in store supposedly being transferred to cheaper contract. Misled during signing up process and not told that for the interim period to next bill I would only have 8gb rather than the unlimited data I had before and would have on new contract.

@tescomobile I've used the status checker, apparently there is a broken mast, as I'm working from home this is a problem. I hope there will be a reduction on my bill for this.

@tescomobile warning to others, my Tesco device has been blacklisted (for no apparent reason) for the second time in 2 months. Almost three weeks on and it’s still not resolved, escalated to various teams who each tell me they’ll get back to me then never do. Disgraceful.

@tescomobile why couldn't you deal with my problem regarding your network. Over 24 hours after taking out a Tesco's phone contract, I have absolutely NO network coverage. Missed 2 VERY important phone calls today. Have DM'd you as requested, nothing.

What is up with @O2 @tescomobile atm? Myself & others have had barely any mobile data signal throughout most of #MiltonKeynes for about 2 weeks now. #O2 #TescoMobile
