@tescomobile contract for our 3*phones is with the wife. Recently she passed away. Thought it would be easy to change the payment details to myself but oh no! All three phones have to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then I can take out a new contract. Come on, call this service?

  • Kelly__1993 Kelly (Taylor’s Version) (@Kelly__1993) reported

@tescomobile I do have a contract with you and no direct debit set up, as I have explained six times that I get paid four weekly yet you’re continuing to take money out of my account without my permission. I want to file a complaint now, because clearly you’re not listening to me

  • jd_death jennifer carol death (@jd_death) reported

@tescomobile I never received a link, but a neighbour told me the the cell tower was down

  • iamfrankhon Andrew Fallon (@iamfrankhon) reported

@tescomobile Yes, I will be. Also the ICO and dependant on the findings, I will be taking this to court. Absolute terrible customer service, training issues, bad practice, unethical business practices and using the pandemic when it suits you.

@tescomobile I need someone to ring me so I can discuss my ongoing signal issues. This has been going on for weeks now, can't ring out bc of signal issues, no Web chat and ignored on twitter. pls dm for my number this needs to be sorted immediately.

  • Kelly__1993 Kelly (Taylor’s Version) (@Kelly__1993) reported

@tescomobile As I’ve explained the past six times, I cannot do this as I get paid four weekly. I do have a payment method, I pay whenever I have the funds in my bank account with my card. It’s not for you to help yourself to whenever you feel like it.

@tescomobile I am near a mini tesco store aswell so maybe a mast or booster could be put on there roof? It would close the lack of signal strength gap in the area

  • ficam1967 FiVeganIndy (@ficam1967) reported

@tescomobile The phone signal in my area has been really poor since last Friday. IV32 area. Any info please?

  • Telshieldtoad TezTheShieldToad #FBPE #FBPPR💙 (@Telshieldtoad) reported

@tescomobile our 3 phones are on a contract in the wifes name. Sadly she recently passed away. Think it would be easy to move payment details to my name? Nope! Apparently all 3 need to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then a new contract can be issued in my name! Call this service?
