@tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!

@tescomobile still no call back from management team. What does it take to get Tesco to take a complaint seriously? Clearly not trying to contact them via telephone, FB, IG, Twitter, email or via their CEO Tom Denyard

  • Robert_L_Horton Robert Horton (@Robert_L_Horton) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for replying but the lack of assistance is just beyond reproach. I am unable to contact him as you have disconnected his phoned. I tried yesterday on the web chat. Twice today on voice chat. Nadda. Not a spot of help.

  • JackieWills54 Jacqueline Wills (@JackieWills54) reported

@tescomobile we have just spent almost 4 hours talking to 9 + customer services about an upgrade I ordered yesterday, turns out a mistake has been made by you and it can’t be sorted until Monday so I have no phone 😡

  • mackemkaz Karen Searle (@mackemkaz) reported

Does anyone know what the problem is with text messaging at the minute, I'm sending texts and people aren't getting them and vice versa @VodafoneUK @tescomobile @EE

  • SDreams107 Mick .xrp I’m pre-rich 😀 (@SDreams107) reported

@tescomobile I would prefer to pay a little more and be able to make and receive calls. You’re network is down again with no information of when it will be working again. I think I’ll be going back to Vodafone.

  • PoppinWasTaken Poppin (@PoppinWasTaken) reported

@songwritingdoc @tescomobile They're only inappropriate because halfwits like you say they are Pipe down and stop making issues where there are none

  • Robert_L_Horton Robert Horton (@Robert_L_Horton) reported

@tescomobile To clarify. I have let customer services know there is an issue. I don't need to be involved further for you as an organisation to own the issue and investigate. Where's the need for security in this instance?
