    what a bad service from @tescomobile .want to charge my elderly dad £36 for a replacement sim card. On hold then call terminated . Never use this company

    @tescomobile I haveSamsungA14 contract until Dec.. 2026. It is not an A14 4 or 5G. My no. finishes 701 & doesnt allow me 2 access external 4G. I got new Sim which I was told would fix issue. It didn't. I will not have Internet access 4over a year when I can eventually replace

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word
