    @tescomobile hi, my tesco mobile app isn’t working - i’m trying to check how much data i have and i can’t. i also can’t load various websites, which is annoying because i’m trying to study. is there any issues in the dn20 area?

    @tescomobile I am receiving scam calls from Tesco mobile numbers roughly once a day claiming to be @HMRCgovuk . Never the same number twice, number disconnected if I call back to try and identify them. I think your SIM provisioning system has been hacked.

    @O2 & @tescomobile you need to sort your network out. A week now of calls sounding like I'm underwater is unacceptable especially when your on the phone to police

    @tescomobile Yes they have asked to cancel, but were told they couldn’t as it was ‘under investigation’. My dad (the account holder) has spoken to various people regularly over the last 2 weeks but nothing has been resolved yet. Just concerned as I mentioned he’s elderly and getting stressed

    @tescomobile Can't access account through phone app and website on laptop says account details invalid. Live chat said no problems and to switch off and on again. Tamworth Area B77 - are there any known problems?

    And: @tescomobile : no, you can't speak to a supervisor, they can't speak to customers And best of all: T: We'll have to ask for an unlock code and it could be 20 days to arrive. Can we have a number to call you on? Me: only a landline T: no, it has to be a mobile Me: wtf?

    Still waiting for a response from @tescomobile customer services. Initial enquiry was 15/4/21. Surely customer services aren’t that busy! #poorcustomerservice
