    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile have a Dept called, Additional Support Team (a bit like the SAS I imagine) They have done NOTHING to resolve a simple? issue. I am fuming here (because I've got eye hospital appts etc coming up and the contact me by text)

    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯
