Was initially told I would receive a good will gesture, only to be told an hour later after speaking to 4 different people that there wouldn’t be. Definitely don’t recommend

steve sommers (@steve3963) reported@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine on my new phone.

I have wasted 45 mins trying to get a new phone. 4 people. This last guy was not listening to me so asked to talk to someone else. Cut off. Not the way to go. Poor #customerservice
