    @tescomobile Have to say absolutely despair with Tesco mobile. Got a new phone July last year and the signal is ridiculously bad. I have been round and round with Tesco mobile to sort and still in same place. Can’t wIt for my contract to and it really can’t come quick enough

    Credit where credit is due to: @tescomobile I needed their service twice in the last fortnight. Excellent customer care in Tesco Clearwater. It felt quite old fashioned. Can't remember getting good customer service from a phone, TV or internet service provider

    @tescomobile hey, I’m still having trouble with calls in the area I live in. I’ve tried everything you’ve already suggested in dm’s and nothing. Please help as I keep missing important calls

    @tescomobile Hi I am aware of the 14 day period unfortunately I was unable to deal with the issues during this time, when I tried to explain this was not met with any assistance at all. I have had a new Sim this had not helped I was originally told that the phone would be replaced if the Sim

    @tescomobile Did not work solve the issue however now it’s the phone has to go away to see if it can be repaired before they can decide on replacement not acceptable at all. I advised I cannot be without a phone to be told I would have to sort something out !! Customer service needs a lot of
