    @tescomobile As you can see, there is no issue with my credit file, I checked Equifax via ClearScore too. There are no issues. So 31.99x 36. £1151 loss because you can’t be bothered to check if there is an issue. No probs.

    Just when I thought things could not get worse with @tescomobile they failed to enclose a packing slip so have to wait 14 days plus for £180 refund. Appalling service.

    @tescomobile - what is the point if a tracking number from @DPDgroup_news that is never recognised! Its bad enough you do not offer a collect service in the 21st Century,
