@tescomobile Hi Chris, it just says signal and data may be busier in this area but nothing about an actual problem affecting my area. I’m unsure why I’ve got no signal and no data at all, my friend on Tesco has data and signal

@EE That’s garbage! Since I took out my contract in July 2021 my monthly bill will have increased by 25% come April! Great way to alienate customers! I can get a sim only deal with @tescomobile for £14 a month for unlimited data, texts & calls! I wonder why I would stay with EE? 🤔

BT advised the onus is on the customer to check their contracts - however they are supposed to email you, let young know - so be careful, have emailed Ofcom to let them know of my experience - thank you @tescomobile for being transparent as my other phone is with them !

@tescomobile 😭🤬😭🤬 My mom suddenly died 18 days ago & I have had NO SIGNAL indoors for the whole period. I cannot make or receive calls at a time when I am so desperate to do so. I am sick of being fobbed off by staff on live chats. please help 🙏 🙏🙏
