@tescomobile Complaining won't make the mast get fixed any quicker so won't be complaining. I tweeted for an update that's all as my update texts are not updates. Tesco are good so am sure they will compensate for the lack of service once it's sorted 👍

@tescomobile Hopefully it won't be too long as I'm not happy paying for a service I can't use. Especially as I need it to run my business

@tescomobile I have now been lied to twice by your operators, and for the 4th day in a row you’ve been unable to take my old mobile number over, and no-one seems to be able to tell me why this is. Is this your standard customer service?

@tescomobile absolutely shocking data coverage in SO22. Shows 4G but nothing... Called customer care... They said use a landline. I dont have a landline. I am now therefore paying for unlimited data but with no coverage at home? Useless. What are you doing about this?

@tescomobile Again, no use to an elderly person who doesn't use a computer. Is it too much trouble for an actual human being to help her? She's lucky to have family to step in but she hates to ask. Not everybody has that. We will all be old one day...
