@O2 @Guard_Amos @tescomobile I always reset my mobile data, even restart my phone. The signal is slow everywhere I go weather it be internet or calls! I don't want to have to pay £400+ to change provider either!

@tescomobile I switched from o2 to @tescomobile a few years ago, and it’s been brilliant…far better customer service, much lower cost and no fee increases ever on our monthly sim-only packages. Only thing missing is lack of support for visual voicemail on iPhone. Otherwise perfect.

@DPDgroup_news said they dropped off a @tescomobile parcel, when in fact it got sent back to depot. Yet no communication when it will be resent?! Poor customer service, shouldn't have to be chased down for a fault on your part.
