    @tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

    @tescomobile If you go into their announcement forums they say they actively support 98% of the UK and are close on 99% but again working on is very different to having. They utilise the small print of terminology, they'll never achieve 99% because can't get the rights/technology limitations

    @tescomobile Question, you use o2 network as a VMNO and claim 99% UK coverage where o2 claim a 98% coverage. How do you obtain that extra 1%

    @jane_2504 I have gone with @tescomobile I was with the carphone warehouse and the signal was shocking, still with Virgin for my Daughters phone and the house. I am out of contract so probably could change easily, I just have not had problems with Virgin when I know others have. Xktx

    Annoyed that I have to wait until the end of my @ThreeUK contract to change to @tescomobile because Three doesnt work at my second property. 🙄

    @tescomobile having problems updating my bill payment details on my account. Phoned customer service for help but after being put on hold for 10 minutes was cut off by your agent. Terrible customer service and now we can't pay our mobile phone bill. Please advise

    @tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow I got a 2nd sim in march, as it was on a different date to my monthly bill you've started charging me twice a month for both phones and your customer service reps seem unable to grasp that this is wrong. I would like it sorted please or you're about to lose a long term customer.
