@tescomobile after 4months of problems getting a new phone off virgin mobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco tonight and get myself a new iphone to get home and realise you dont even get a plug in the box 😭😭😭

Tempted to renew mobile phone contract with @O2 for another year, but how can they justify a 4.9% increase to tariffs every year above and beyond RPI!? On the other hand, @tescomobile has frozen tariffs for another year (which runs on o2's network)...

@tescomobile Hi, I just tried to use an old Tesco SIM card because it is the number I have registered for a password reset. Unfortunately it will not connect to the network and when I try to call it, it says the number has not been recognised. Is there anything I can do?

I've been emailing back & forth all day between @tescomobile & @Tesco Clubcard department for the clubcard points I didn't receive when purchasing a phone last week. Both departments are telling me it's down to the other department to sort it. Just give me my points! 🙄 #Tesco
