  @silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

  @tescomobile I’ve been unable to connect to the mobile network all day - my children are on the same network with older phones and yet have no issues

  @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

  @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.
