Your team told me the they couldn’t change it either and yet when I asked the question if that’s the fixed period for EVERY Tesco Mobile customer I was told no. So I don’t understand why you cannot change it for him?

All because they couldn’t port it properly with a pac code provided by o2. Cheek to ask for phone back after I’ve had nothing but nightmare 2 weeks!!

The problem is I can't ring to Portuguese landlines from Tescomobile for the past 5 days.
