    @tescomobile why is your website and app down can't login to either and it's been this way for almost 48hrs now not happy, and yet you go on to check for outages and you guys are not aware 🤔.

    @tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.

    @tescomobile I still carnt change my safety buffer. When this issue be resolved it was down yesterday as well.

    @tescomobile desperately need help for my aunt regarding an old sim account. The number no longer exists, it was cxl last Aug...despite numerous attempts to stop tesco taking the charge each month, even after the contract ended, no luck. She's now received try from debt rec 😤...
