    @tescomobile YOU really need to READ what I wrote to understand the problem of your staff telling me lies. It has NOTHING to do with the charges as the phone did NOT work at all until I landed back in the UK at LHR. Lucky for you there was NO emergency I had to deal with !

    @tescomobile Hello Liz. All the ones I tried did not load at all and the same for my partners phone. We both upgraded our phones only 3 weeks ago so expected better service.

    @Gems2712 @tescomobile You can buy a cheap, burner phone from a store. Still not cheap though. My American service allowed me to add data and phone when I was in Europe for $10 a day
