@tescomobile It's a shame you rely so heavily on Apple & Samsung. I currently have a Samsung, contract ends shortly, which has an appalling phone signal, the worst of any phone I've owned & won't have another. I won't have Apple. I'd like to see a good range of Google, Sony and Nokia phones.

@tescomobile plus im in contact with some customer service team via email but am unable to to identify the security guard or identify the day i was last in the store in Dumfries. Im not wanting to revisit that vile vile tesco store at cuckoo bridge

Shockingly bad data roaming over the last few days in Portugal @tescomobile and partners @altice_portugal @MEOpt. Pretty much non-existent. Is this what can I expect in the future?

@Crocidolite11 @tescomobile @EE When, I was looking for a new contract I was stressed. I used to be with the big red company. A guy I knew at the time said he uses Sky. I’ve never looked back since. £26 a month and they roll over unused data. I’ve had no issues. 🤙

@tescomobile upgrading to a new phone with you guys has been a joke. my sim card got deactivated when my new phone arrived, you guys sent a replacement sim that still doesn’t work, i’ve phoned unhelpful customer service about 20 times. i don’t even have a working phone

Placed 3 separate orders for a new mobile from @tescomobile. Each time, my payment failed usng two different cards. Both Nationwide and CapitalOne say it's because Tesco aren't processing transactions in line with industry standards. WTF is going on @tescomobile?
