😳 In 7 days you’ve promised me 4 times after 3 hrs of webchat/calls, that my issue is sorted @tescomobile. Nope. Tonight now I’m told you’ll escalate a user case & that takes another 3 days…still without phone…and that it’s a global issue? Really?

@tescomobile have to be the biggest joke of a mobile phone provider, customer service none existent, it’s like talking to a company 30 years ago, a communication that can’t communicate!!
