    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

    @tescomobile Becca, it's a case of computer says no from @tescomobile. Your colleagues refusing to reconnect me before May 12th. No explanation given and no consideration whatsoever of the impact of this on me. Absolutely appalling customer service from @tescomobile
