    @tescomobile @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis Thank you. I’m hopeful that they will get it sorted and I won’t have to spend so many evenings calling round and sending emails. These are only 2 of the 8 contracts created in my name. It’s been never ending.

    @tescomobile Ridiculous that I’ve been a customer for 3 years and because not paid bills by DD I’m not allowed to upgrade. Contract ended May 21. #badservice

    @tescomobile Been waiting days some people months to get our local O2 mast repaired. The mast is situated on the Anglian Water water tower Bixley Drive Rushmere St Andrew Ipswich. We have contacted representatives to sort this problem out but to no avail.

    @tescomobile Cullam I have filled that in before. I need the problem solving not knowing the status. When is it going to be repaired that’s all I need to know thanks.

    @tescomobile Situation resolved, @tescomobile Management canned to explain and apologise for the mistakes. A simple procedural mistake then compounded by further errors then topped of with ignorance. Vouchers and credits are winging their way to us as I type. #finallysatisfied #mobilephone

    I have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.

    @tescomobile waiting in Beckton Gallions reach store to be served. Current waiting time 40 minutes. Please get some other staff. Wasting my lunch break and just about to take my service elsewhere
