@tescomobile signal reception isn't strong were i live(a hollow)-but i thought a simple text message would get through despite weak signal. I have a basic model alcatel 1- not happy with the bloody thing=- any ideas as to why messages are failing to send/recieve??

  • vannerbird ☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported

@tescomobile It’s gone back to E (edge) You’ve done all you can. It’s now either the software update from @AppleSupport or despite claims on the @O2 website the mast is still no good. O2 aren’t responding, and Apple won’t acknowledge that others have signal problems after the update.

@tescomobile after over a week I’m still waiting for an issue with transferring my number to Tesco mobile to be resolved! Disappointing that this hasn’t been sorted yet despite numerous calls 😬

@tescomobile my mother in law is not getting any signal on her phone. Is the network down?

  • vannerbird ☀Ange☀️ (@vannerbird) reported

@tescomobile Have reset network settings, turned off automatic and put it on O2, lowered voice calls etc to lowest setting. Got 3g and a few bars again. We’ll see if it lasts.

@tescomobile Another week comes to an end and still not connected to my keep number. Still no one in the UK able to speak with me. Just the same old from @tesco everyday. No further forward. No call back. Worst utilities experience I've ever know. Worst customer relations too.

  • Mabel_Axford Katie-Ellen Axford (@Mabel_Axford) reported

@tescomobile It’s not faulty as I have signal in more rural areas, it’s just seems that the signals not strong enough for the traffic.

  • ont_stoop TheDarkenedDoorstep💙💔 (@ont_stoop) reported

@tescomobile went to town yesterday- no signal all the way. talking to a couple in the pub suggested turning it off/on-the tesco app showed i was receiving a signal - she said they needed to update summat. They also suggested checking the wifi in settings - turned it off & messages came.

@tescomobile I have finally received the money I was owed but I am disgusted at the £30 Clubcard points offer of compensation. I have made several visits to the store, countless calls to customer services, not to mention going overdrawn as a result of your mistake. It’s a joke.
