@tescomobile has the issue regarding customers who have switched networks with yourselves and kept the same number been resolved. My 4g is still not working. It’s been 2 weeks now..

  • imDANtastic Daniel Matthews (@imDANtastic) reported

@tescomobile hello. Somebody has attempted to take out a mobile contract with you fraudulently in my name (alerted via a hard search on @ClearScore) - impossible to email you direct unless a customer. Help please!

  • MichaelAyres92 Michael Ayres 🇺🇦💙💛 (@MichaelAyres92) reported

@tescomobile I recently ported over my old phone number to my new sim (& phone), but now every time I make or receive a phone call, my 4G signal just disappears and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get Internet back. Any idea why?

  • kennydude Joe Simpson (@kennydude) reported

Another call missed because @tescomobile signal is terrible in my area and they don’t have wifi calling :(

  • RickyTBridge68 The Elected Mayor of Lancashire (Temol) (@RickyTBridge68) reported

@tescomobile ,bob on again. No fuss upgrade. Never have any trouble with the signal and when I'm abroad I always get a good reception. And also I know exactly what I'm paying for the next two years 👍🏻

  • Pig_Maiden Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported

@danbrusca @tescomobile Update: they couldn't even cancel my contract properly. Tried to transfer me & cut me off. Agent admitted that this is a nationwide issue with people porting across. Tesco knows this yet still keep accepting new customers. Formal complaint will be raised. Avoid Tesco at all costs

  • HelenHcgil Helen Gilmore (@HelenHcgil) reported

@MichaelAyres92 @tescomobile I’ve had exactly the same problem for 2 weeks. The only way I’ve got data back is to restart the phone. I rang customer help and it’s an issue with porting new numbers over to Tesco. However, as of this morning things appear to be sorted - I live in hope!
