Utterly appalling service from @tescomobile Asked for replacement SIMs over a week ago. Service on both original numbers cut off on Monday. One replacement arrived on Wednesday. Other has been lost or not issued. Put on hold for 15 minutes, then cut off. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network

@tescomobile Does this number belong to your network then

@tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile have actually been faultless for me. It's not just the contract etc, it's the superb customer service you get in-store. To me, that's the selling point. My wife switched to Tesco, and the woman spent hours setting up the phone.

@tescomobile Is this also aimed at @O2 - whose service you piggyback?

@tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

After several fruitless conversations with their customer support team I've emailed @tescomobile with a complaint and am hoping for better things.

@tescomobile That's really poor after being told by 3 different members of staff that it was eligible.
