    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles

    what a bad service from @tescomobile .want to charge my elderly dad £36 for a replacement sim card. On hold then call terminated . Never use this company

    @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.
