    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile I’m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it won’t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco

    Hey @tescomobile, what happened? Me and wife used to get perfect signal at home (LN6 Lincoln) - but now 1 bar and unable to make any calls. Having to use WhatsApp over wi-fi. Why? Not able to make calls until back on the A46. #withamsthughs #tescomobile

    @tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.
