    @tescomobile It's ok Zoie it is all sorted now the last lovely lady sorted it for me and gave me the info very quickly, please just make sure all your operatives are properly trained because 1 out of 5 isn't great is it. Also the attitude of no 3 towards a customer needing help was appalling

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman
