I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet butβ¦ NO DATA. Can you please help?
