@clairefweir @tescomobile service is a disgrace! Ported my number to Tesco only for the data to not work. Keep being told try again in 24 hours is no good and a kop out now. this is causing my problems keeping in contact when i need it most!

Hello @tescomobile we have no signal in the area for a second day. We also had this issue for two days last week. I have 3 Tesco contract phones in the house that we can’t use but are paying for. Area is WD19 Thanks.

@MgraNLea @tescomobile I've just had nothing but rubbish service since I joined them. I can't even leave within the 14 cooling off period because my number is in limbo so they can't give me a PAC code. My son is now saying that nothing data enabled is working from him. Fobbed off repeatedly by Tesco.

@CliffSinc @tescomobile I am having the same problem and fault message despite using correct MMI code! My phone stops ringing after 5 seconds. Tesco mobile staff on App simply fob off by saying 'its a software issue' and it's awaiting resolution. Been saying that for 3 months since I first complained
