Emily G (@emble64) reported@cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?

I got new Sim which I was told would fix issue. It didn't. I will not have Internet access 4over a year when I can eventually replace
