@tescomobile Hi, I have recently moved to Tesco mobile and porter my number over. My issue is I now can’t set up my Tesco App as it won’t accept the ported number as it won’t recognise it, and if I use the original number it sends an activation code that I can no longer access?!?

@tescomobile Why is your customer service so poor. Quick enough to take my money on black Friday and then cancel my order and won't tell me why. No sign of refund. Several store visits, several phone calls, several Web chats, several dm's no answers. @tescomobile #disappointedcustomer.

@tescomobile Almost a week with no reliable mobile signal at home (NP20 area). O2 are apparently doing upgrade works nearby. Was supposed to be finished by Sun 5/12, then today (Tues 7/12) and now it's going to be Fri 10/12. I assume I'll get a refund?

@tescomobile That wasn't what I asked. By the time this is fixed I will have been unable to use my phone for over a week. No texts, phonecalls, mobile data. Do I get a refund for the period when there was no service? If not, why not?

@tescomobile I was following Rob’s suggestion to ‘try a manual network selection’ - on my phone ‘manual network selection’ just lists a bunch of other providers. I don’t see a 2G/3G option. (It’s a reasonably new device if that matters.) Options under ‘voice & data’ are 5G on, 5G auto, or 4G.
