@tescomobile The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. Stay away from Tesco Mobile 4 months of issues and still not resolved.

@MartinSLewis please help. After paying my @tescomobile bill, they said I didn’t. It has now been proven that I did, but they say that will now cover next months bill, meaning I still have to pay this months bill again. We are all struggling and this is just not on #pleasehelp

  • AdrianCleary4 Adrian Cleary (@AdrianCleary4) reported

@tescomobile shocking to call about upgrade as am out of contract with being pushed by agent if i want to give 30 days notice to cancel when no mention of cancelling throughout entire call. #callsarerecorded #notwanted Do better for customers and be more like @ThreeIreland

  • AlastairPeter71 Alastair Penman (@AlastairPeter71) reported

Twitter pals I need your help. Other half lost his phone in Lisbon, we think in an Uber, been online to @tescomobile who say that they can’t do anything and that we need to contact police. iPhone so how can we get him back online as here till Thursday. I’m a bit stumped 🤔 TIA

  • JonnyBWoode JonnyBWoode (@JonnyBWoode) reported

@tescomobile I’ve had a reply via email now. For future reference, when a customer says they’re not happy and are looking to make a complaint, putting “actual” or “actually” when replying comes across really condescending.

  • glennbobclark1 glenn clark (@glennbobclark1) reported

@tescomobile wife has locked herself out of her Google account as back up phone number is her old one. Can you help at all??

  • SteveAttw00d Steve Attwood (@SteveAttw00d) reported from Ampthill, England

@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.
