    @tescomobile What a waste of time sending a private message will be it WON'T make the phone work in the future will it ?? In two weeks I am back in the USA and have two trips for The Bahamas already booked also. The problem is I have nearly £50.00 stuck on the phone !

    @tescomobile My phone did not even work ! When I brought the sim card I told your staff in Bournemouth what I needed it for. It's NOT the charges that are a problem it's the fact it did NOT work at all ?? So I will be going back to O2 like I have used in the USA and The Bahamas.

    @tescomobile YOU really need to READ what I wrote to understand the problem of your staff telling me lies. It has NOTHING to do with the charges as the phone did NOT work at all until I landed back in the UK at LHR. Lucky for you there was NO emergency I had to deal with !

    @tescomobile Thank you I do HOPE you will retrain YOUR staff NOT to lie to people when buying a phone or sim card from Tesco's ?? Like YOU have already told me nothing can be done about my problem PLEASE STOP telling me to message you privately it would only be a waste of my money and time.

    @tescomobile O2 had NO problems in the past when I was with them. I told your staff in Bournemouth what I do for work and I travel to the USA and The Bahamas and I was LIED too.

    @tescomobile I haven’t had any mobile signal for over a week and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed any time soon. Please can you advise re compensation and when the issue will be fixed?

    @tescomobile any reason as to why my 4G keeps switching to 3G when I’ve got signal and used to get 4G in my room? I’ve tried resetting the network settings but it still happens

    @tescomobile worst call centre service EVER! Flagged a possible hacked number/ criminal activity and a safeguarding issue - phone used by a vulnerable person. ZERO help. Store really helpful. Concerned that call centre staff will not act under these circumstances

    @tescomobile Before I left the UK I put £40.00 on the phone and I still had £10.00 on it so a total of £50.00 to use ! YOU are NOT understanding the problem at ALL ! WAKE UP PLEASE ! !
