@tescomobile phone sent in 2 weeks ago for repair and chased 3 times. Only today find tesco mistake will cost another 2 weeks without phone, after paying for call to you for 40 minutes (so far), and tesco will do nothing?? Really bad service.

@tescomobile You didn’t answer my question. There’s fault free and totally unable to send a text or make a call. I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Currently sick and was unable to call the doctor. Will I be compensated for being unable to use my phone? I’m getting no service at all

@tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews I need to call a relative to inform them of a bereavement. Can’t make any calls. Haven’t been able to since Thursday. Your customer services are refusing to do anything immediately. Horrified. Fix it.

@tescomobile Good evening! Been tempted to get an Apple Watch lately (SE) - but debating the cellular version or not, I read somewhere that Tesco doesn’t support this, is this true? I’d have to transfer my phone contract to another carrier if I wanted cellular?

@tescomobile hello tesco mobile, can you please give me the link for your online help. I have £10 rocket pack and last year was given 20gb for the usual 10gb, free upgrade, but the last couple of times I have topped up I have only got the 10gb😒

So @tescomobile I spend another night writing emails to the Ombudsman, and your CEO, as you won’t return my calls or allow me to make a complaint. I have spent hours and days trying to sort this out, all the time my credit rating getting lower.

@tescomobile today I decided to end my contract with Tesco and asked for a pac code. I was text to call before I leave. I decided to pop in the store to see what I could be offered. Your Bradford Great Horton branch needs new staff. Imagine sitting texting while WITH a customer?!

Hey @tescomobile, your mobile internet is up and down like a yo-yo overnight these past few days in the Cambridge area. What's up with that? I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't relying on you for my internet coverage following a move, but this is kind of ridiculous!

Trying to get a decent service from @tescomobile seems impossible at the moment. Every service I contact doesn't help. It's outrageous. Been with them 12yrs. Don't think I'll be renewing my contract. Seriously annoyed!
