    @tescomobile I had 3 chats within 6 days with Tesco Mobile staff but there was always assurance about activation of this SIM. I understand that nothing may be perfect but is this necessary to tell people it's OK when actually it doesn't work? I didn't know what disconnection means until now.

    @tescomobile Why do you make it this hard for me to pay to top up my phone online ?.. or just a mere password reset.. nothing gets emailed to my registered email. Your online service is extremely poor it has been for while now..

    @LondonBirdLucy We only have sim only with @tescomobile but cannot fault them and costs are low compared to contract. Not sure if they do family deals on contract but worth looking into. They use O2 network so never had any coverage issues

    @tescomobile Thank you very much, Maria, the complaint section didn't work in Chrome but it worked in Mozilla. So finally, I have sent it, fully hoping the SIM activation process will be done or at least made clear for customers to know exactly what to expect when asking for activation.

    @tescomobile Hello, it says no problems but I can't text and there have been no notifications of my balance today so I think something is wrong because that usually pops up every time I log on.

    @tescomobile I wouldn't complain here, but the Tesco Mobile website doesn't provide any chance to put a complaint. Clicked in the complaint section it will be redirected in a circle until the poor one will give up any effort to put a complaint. It's clever by Tesco Mobile and it's working.

    @tescomobile Definitely a issue with the network at SL6 5 area. Data is stuck on 3G and voice calls are an issue, just thought I’d report it.
