. @tescomobile appalling service, waited 9 days for my number migration onto a blank sim as replacement tesco sim never arrived & still no number available. Fobbed off every day with it will be done in 24 hours, senior management constantly escalating but getting nowhere!!

@tescomobile Day 20, number still not migrated. I’ve been waiting for 72 hours for a manager to call me back, always too busy when I call 🙄 Going round in circles. Unless it’s an easy fix your staff just pass the buck. Been on the phone for 1hr & they will ESCALATE the problem,

@GJohnstone2 @tescomobile Do not give them your info they sell it , do not buy a new phone as they will tell you to ,comreg os how to complain as they dont answer you if you email the complaints department iv gad nothing but issues for 6 years and they dont care,move to amount company
