    @Mrs_A_Campbell @tescomobile @SamsungMobile It wouldn't surprise me if this was a Samsung fault. My wife had the A50 when it first came out and it was nothing but trouble. Wifi kept dropping out, glitchy camera etc. In the end I just bought a Huawei phone sim free. Samsung are aware of some serious software issues but....

    @tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further

    @tescomobile funny how there are 'high call volumes' when there is a problem, but never when they want to sell, or after money. Sickening.

    @tescomobile I’ve only been with you for a week. Already had a scam call about my NI number, and just had a scam text about a parcel!! Never had this problem with other providers 😡😡🤯🤬🤬

    @tescomobile @O2 not sure which of you might be able to help me but I'm being absolutely bombarded with unwanted spam calls from O20 numbers. As quick as I block them they pop up again with a different number. Latest one 020 3768 9411

    @tescomobile why is it since my phone got updated with new version of @SamsungMobile and it went to version 11 or something my phone has been horrible, slow, my WiFi keeps loosing signal even in same room as router. And keeps freezing. Is there anyway to undo the update
