@tescomobile Cancelled my contact twice - two days ago and yesterday. Refused phone as instructed and it is being delivered again today! I don’t want a contact, mainly because customer service has been so awful, but ironically cannot get you to process cancellation. Help!

@tescomobile There was no usage, it was unusable for the week I had it with no signal, which was the initial issue of complaint being sold a phone & told there were no signal issues (in said store).

The new @tescomobile ad is pretty odd. Basically saying you won't get a signal if you fall down a well so you'll need to rely on a shopping trolley possessed by the spirit of Lassie instead.
