    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile Hi , spent over 40 mins going through the order process,, not happy,, each time I get to the pay page., doesn’t work,: then I need to start again,, then it says the username I’ve picked is not available.. god help me

    Avoid @tescomobile Rubbish customer service. 50 minutes of online chat and told to try again another day and waste 50 minutes of your life.

    @tescomobile 1/2 I’m trying to cancel an insurance policy on a mobile which was returned within days of being taken out on behalf of my dad who is very ill. I was given an email address to contact but nobody has replied. I’ve just spoken to someone on the phone

    @tescomobile Hi is it possible to cancel a request to unlock a phone? I put the wrong number in by mistake so need to redo the request form with the right number!

    @tescomobile Less impressed with phone call though, whose opening gambit was "this doesn't exist anymore", and implied the online support people don't always get things right. They then made a big deal out of having to check eligibility for each number on my account.

    @tescomobile hey, I tried topping up my son's phone earlier today and both times it said there had been an error. Turns out my son told me the wrong number. Checked bank and both payments are pending, can you please help?

    @tescomobile I'm aware that there can be no guarantee of a fault free service. But tesco and I signed a contract. I pay for a service and tesco provide a phone service. I've paid my bill but tesco aren't keeping there side of the contract we signed. Are they?

    @tescomobile I will not hide behind DM. I wish to show, PUBLICLY, how non-existent Tesco Mobile customer service is, and how the staff are resentful of having to deal with PEOPLE.
