@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

@tescomobile In attempting to purchase a new mobile I keep getting an error message to "try again later" over and over. Any resolution?

  • JerryonTwidder JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reported

@tescomobile I'm not going to waste time going to a store or waiting in a phone queue so I'll order online. Why on earth can't you sell sim cards that the customer can simply decide on receipt whether to enter into a contract or PAYG? Now I've got to order a new card and waste the first one.

@tescomobile when do you plan to support wifi calling?

  • laheysadrunk Lord Love Rocket (@laheysadrunk) reported

@tescomobile You piggy back off O2. They maintain the masts and infrastructure and you get 60% of the signal.

  • CarlEdgar Carl Edgar (@CarlEdgar) reported

@tescomobile Please stop with these silly adverts. The ‘big mobile networks’ invested heavily during this period & maintained service during lockdown. You piggyback off one of them but don’t offer their more advanced services like WiFi calling which extends the range indoors.

  • PETERSBOSS2 Showbiz Sam (@PETERSBOSS2) reported

@phase_3_dream @tescomobile You must be posh. If it was the youths in my area it'd say, "VODAFONE SUCKS ******* FOR SUPERS AND SMACK". Nothing clever like, "EE MDMA MY DYSLIXEC BRO'S PHOEN BILL SO HIHG HE FOUND ECSTACY BY SWICHING TO TESCO".

  • MarkInWillesden Mark (@MarkInWillesden) reported

@songwritingdoc @tescomobile Move to another network if you don't like it. Nobody is forcing you to stay.

  • brianw2013 brian williams (@brianw2013) reported

@tescomobile Well my provider isn’t, in fact they’re going down. Haven’t paid anything for the last eight months. Thanks smarty.

  • MancInTheHat Anthony M Rose (@MancInTheHat) reported

@tescomobile Didn't Tesco make £2.6 billion profit this year whilst also axing 1400 night workers? ID mobile have a 4gb package for £6 a month and a brilliant online customer service.

@tescomobile Let us know what you'll do to ensure we don't get priced to of eating* and you'll get positive feedback. This advert is in very poor taste. * Overly dramatic statement used for impact, not factual accuracy.
