    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    Come on, @tescomobile, get your systems sorted, please. Tried to get a PAC code via text. Nothing. Tried your customer service who promised a text. Nothing. Was promised an email (checked my junk mail too). Nothing. What is going on?

    @tescomobile I was told customer complaints were going to call me yesterday after 13 days of calling you daily and over 10 hours of my time trying to get a resolution as to why my brand new mobile is not working. Not even your complaints department can be bothered to rectify ????

    @tescomobile, it's telling me to top up when I have an active bundle with minutes on AGAIN! When I call you on 282 (which goes through*) the closed questions (options) lead nowhere. (*This cannot be the mast nearby not working.)
