@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

@HarryMears23 @tescomobile I joined tescos on Monday and its never worked. Apparently there is no service where I live, the mast is not working.. been told to drive out 3 miles to see if it works there!!! Absolute joke for a new customer.

@tescomobile Ahh well we are now a week after this tweet and are no further forward. Been promised time and time again give us 24 hours and we will get it sorted, it's an absolute joke. Trouble is apparently my number isn't connected so I can't even transfer it over to another provider

@tescomobile Spent most of yesterday trying to get a new contract with you guys. Both over the phone and instore and as soon as we’d put all of the info in it said there had been a problem. 4 attempts all together and not one of the worked.
