@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

@tescomobile It is in Cov, more on the western side, I’m guessing closer to Birmingham. None in the centre or east of Cov that I can see That page, thanks but I can’t find any info on price for 5g service.

@tescomobile That is useless to me I don’t have a phone as it’s broke so I can’t get a text and as I am not at home receiving care, I have no access to a phone, looks like it will have been me going elsewhere and getting a phone, and cancelling my contract when I can, shame customer lost

@tescomobile Like I said, he was polite so no issues on that front. Point is, don’t send out texts confirming the additional data stating it’s valid until 02/01 if you mean it expires on 11.59 on 01/01. A day is 24 hours, so either say the 1st or specify a time 🙄
