Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys! Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?
