@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

@tescomobile Highly recommended. That is if you want a network who will completely screw up the transition from your old provider and whose customer service department make a virtue of rank incompetence.

  • DMMILNE1 DMMILNE (@DMMILNE1) reported

@tescomobile But Tesco offer a materially inferior service on those networks. You're gifting and pretending to be my mate.

@tescomobile They have a network to build, improve & increase capacity on, you piggy back off of that

  • dancorlettpixus Dan Corlett (@dancorlettpixus) reported

@tescomobile Tried to login, forget password and now call and no mater what I do I can not get through to Tesco mobile - no emails - no logins and your calls cut me off!! Or tell me to ring back using the number I’m calling.

  • ColinHouse4 Colin House (@ColinHouse4) reported

@tescomobile Hi, The Tesco mobile App is not working. It keeps say “ oops there’s a glitch please contact 4455” which is closed now!!

  • jamesinealing James Morley (@jamesinealing) reported

@tescomobile My bills have consistently fallen (or improved package for same price) with @iD_Mobile_UK plus Three network is only one that anyone can use where we are. Would love to have O2 as we run a guesthouse and it's a regular issue. Any plans to improve coverage?

  • JackFarron1989 Jack Farron (@JackFarron1989) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile If you're on O2 you may as well switch to Tesco to avoid increase in bills, it's the same network which covers 99% of the country
