    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile no data roaming in Germany for 2nd time on second trip in 2 week, your telephone support have given false assurances multiple times but still no data roaming, very poor service and no reasonable explanation given.

    @tescomobile Crazily your coverage tracker says there is good 3g and 4g coverage. But even normal phone calls don't work. This has been going on for a couple of years. I really feel stupid we haven't switched providers and stuck with Tesco mobile.

    Why is @Tescomobile mobile data (provided by @O2) so terrible in Exeter? Forget 4G, forget even 3G. It was even failing to get EDGE/GPRS.

    @Gordon45908442 @tescomobile Gordon, how did you go on as I've had exactly the same problem. Phone lost by DPD, no resolution!

    @tescomobile a week on and porting issue still hasn't been sorted. Can someone in the porting department please message me and sort this out. I've done everything, new SIM card etc. Nothing has worked. I can't receive calls or texts apart from other Tesco mobile numbers.

    @tescomobile @SamsungMobile help please there is either an issue with the network or something in the latest update. We've been struggling for any kind of phone signal for a few days now, both phones are Samsung with tesco mobile @DadCrockett

    @tescomobile Thanks Jade, I got through on the 0345 number but the network 4455 number is not recognised

    @tescomobile I’m not in often enough to know - but Hywel who runs the Creperie stall just off the High St, was also finding O2 was a problem with his mobile card payment device, which was then requiring people to have cash. And that sounded like it had been a while and was getting worse.
