@Tesco @tescomobile your customer service is designed to frustrate and obfuscate. One hour on the phone. Trying to get fair treatment. Amazing how often the system fails when a customer needs help. I expect more from Tesco.

They are now saying as a company @tescomobile that they will only give mum a second hand 'Grade A' mobile phone from another customer as a replacement. It's no good saying sorry as a company either, actions speak louder! #angry #customerservice
