    should be able to end the contract & not be fixed in these rediciculous long contracts customers cannot budget if @tescomobile can provide good pricing & customer care then the major network suppliers need to be less greedy I am with Vodafone but will not renew under these terms

    @Tesco @tescomobile … This is what made me just have to laugh at your company… I was trying to get a customer service number and the number that is on the website 0800505555 is only 10 digits… I’ve just had enough with your company now 😤🤬

    @tescomobile hi. I have a contract with you. Have tried contacting customer care several times today. Just need to pay my bill and adjust my price plan. Six phone calls and a live chat later and none of it has been sorted. Worst customer service I've received in years

    @tescomobile I've just arrived in Canada and my phone won't work because I've exceeded my cap set at £40 but I only made one call of a minute's duration when I arrived. I can't login to my account either to see what's happened. I need to be able to use my phone. Please help.

    @tescomobile Just to keep the general grocery buying public informed Tesco are NOT solving the problem.. even though "EVERY LITTLE HELPS" ? Refunds and transfering mobile numbers to a competitor does NOT fall into this category ! 🤢🧐🤠
