andrew anthoney ⚫️⚪️ (@andytoon30) reported@tescomobile hi Tesco mobile. I am wondering how long it’s going to take to sort the signal issues out in ng18 and ng19 postcodes? I don’t get any internet or the signal drops out. I am a vulnerable customer so if the hospital can’t get hold of me what am I to do?

Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile Why should I remove my number from the public if this number was completely destroyed by you? You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

-
fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

Scott Dixon (@scott_expert) reported@iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.
