As such, I've asked if it possible for a list of third-party businesses that use the O2 cellular network, and hopefully we can start a process of elimination in that approach. @tescomobile Thank you for you reply, all of that is in place, the issue is the sim apparently. A new sim needs to be sent but there is no process to allow the sim to be sent abroad where he is using the phone . Hugely disappointing as my father will need to travel on his own without a phone
