@tescomobile I don't understand why it can't be emailed! Or why I wasn't even emailed a order confirmation. I wasn't even allowed to be passed on to a manager when I had to stand instore on the customer services phone for 1/2 an hour! Why was I told on the phone that they could print it?!

@tescomobile and had to drive to a store who couldn't even deal with my problem. I was also told on the phone that I would be called by a manager within 24 working hours, I missed the call unfortunately but they said they would ring back yesterday and they haven't. What are you going to do

@tescomobile Have put in postcode and says working fine, had no signal in Dorchester or here at home. Have turned phone on and off twice and still not signal for calls/texts or Internet, was working fine first thing this morning. Will see what happens as day goes on.

@tescomobile So far I have not been impressed with the quality of your network. I know you use O2. Now Virgin media have joined O2 and have vowed to improve the network, will Tesco customers benefit from this. Also it’s 2021 when are you going to give us Wi-fi calling? #JoinTheRest

@tescomobile Thanks for that link. I have just checked multiple post codes in the CF range from cf31 to cf71 and they all have an issue. Who can I contact for compensation due to lack of stable service

@Scarfie1 @tescomobile @Tesco No solution. The point is, the tearable paper seal means you leave bag intact and keep your bread fresh. Simple, but not simple enough for idiots at Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi, I assume you mean logged in using desktop/laptop as opposed to the App? Can you provide me with a customer service telephone number please?

@tescomobile Hi, I am on Tesco mobile and it is pretty good but why don't you support the virtual SIM on the new I-watches, O2 does and you use their network??
