    @tescomobile Hello. I understand I can do this but I was cut off from mobile data for 2 days. O2 have apparently offered 20gb free for the rest of the month due to the problem over 4000 homes are having. Is this something you would consider?

    @tescomobile Hi, are you having major system issues? Was just on the phone for 50 minutes trying to upgrade 2 accounts and am being told it’s continually failing and it’s because of new systems? Only happens right at the end. Now told can’t be done so need to just try tomorrow?

    @Tesco @tescomobile really unhappy. Purchased a phone less than 60 days ago that just turned off over night and wouldn't turn back on. The only options were to send it off for repair cust service we're really unhelpful my mentally ill uncle is now left with no phone #unfair

    @burkittttt @tescomobile Ah I see, I never had much joy with those lot either, stick to flogging lettuce and condoms I say! @EE are just as bad, the spotty young man had the audacity to ask about my data! I said to him, I said, “I know your game, I’ve seen the ads, trying to steal my identity” waked out!

    @tescomobile I have ordered a pay-as-you-go phone and a top-up at the same time. I have not received the E-voucher. After an hour on the customer service line, eventually, your operative hung up on me!

    @tescomobile the worst customer service possible. Been charged an additional £150 to my bill back in march for data bundle that was removed. Now stuck without being able to use my phone for couple of months. I phone them to get it sorted and they basically tell me to call back.

    @tescomobile @Tesco my mentally ill uncle purchased a phone 2 months ago and its broke over night he realises on his phone oto survive you let him down and I'm going to make sure everyone knows
