    @tescomobile Hi Liz, checked that service map and I should be getting 4G. I put my phone directly next to another tesco mobile phone, and that one has one bar of service as well as H+, but I have nothing on both of those fronts. Help. Thanks!

    @tescomobile For years we had all our phones with Tesco. In the last month I haven't been able to make phone calls or use Internet. Rang 10 times, and their customer service is awful, they don't know what to do👎. 3 came to the rescue this month. 👍

    @tescomobile @WhichUK ....What about the calls dropping out due to lack of network, when on the phone to my sick daughter, or when calling the doctor etc? Told a manager would call me and they did not. Had £19.45 left on my account which wont be paid back to me. Just glad to be rid of you!

    @tescomobile Yes it updated absolutely shocking to use that amount in one day surely there must be a problem how on earth can she have used that amount shocking

    @tescomobile @WhichUK No refund issued though discussing service cancelled after 2 days 11/4 still waiting for refund !!! Nearly 2 months customer care say it’s not there fault
