    @tescomobile Please define your understanding of Customer Care? If it’s providing false information and not resounding when you say you will then you have it spot on. Will be cancelling my contracts ASAP

    @tescomobile I pay a fortune every month for a new contract with @tescomobile. 95% + coverage? What a joke. Unless I live in the ONE spot in the UK with hardly any coverage. I spend my life looking at a spinning circle. No signal. Its crap. Wish I'd never bothered with Tesco.

    @tescomobile disgusting how little you care losing a customer of over 10 years. The conversation I had online with a member of your service team has disgusted me and has meant I have changed providers.

    @tescomobile Can I pay to leave my contract my phone is broken but I still pay for it🤔 (I missed a bill because it didnt take my money so now I have a 3 month wait)

    @tescomobile can’t login to account through secure checkout, a pin gets sent to my phone but no option to input the pin and it says username or password are incorrect, I know for sure I am using correct password and username as I can login to my pay monthly acc as normal
