@virginmedia Thanks for you help. Not your fault of course but it happens over and over again. I don't want to leave VM but can't be bothered with this anymore. Something so simple shouldn't be this hard. Hello @tescomobile !

@SidecarSue12 @tescomobile @EE Giffgaff is the way to go! I'm moving my EE number to them pretty soon! Was with t mobile, t mobile/orange then ee over the years but the price increase and services decline just isn't worth it. My work number is already on giffgaff! (They run on O2's network)

  • electricuwulu Wu (@electricuwulu) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tbf I've been with tesco mobile for like 10+ years and always had good prices and good coverage, my work place is particularly hard to get signal and I'm the only one who can get continuous 3G there and sometimes 4G

  • Tonismi670518 Toni smith (@Tonismi670518) reported

@tescomobile My 84yr old dad was without tesco network for over 24 hrs. Disgusting its the only phone he had.

@Albman55 @tescomobile Errr, Tesco use the O2 network - it’s worked fine for me for years. Their customer service is excellent too.

  • PAFenwick74 Peter Fenwick (@PAFenwick74) reported from Guisborough, England

@Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

  • Invercoffee invercoffee (@Invercoffee) reported from Inverness, Scotland

@tescomobile @Albman55 What use is that when your coverage in the Highlands is poor, especially compared to EE
