They need to learn from seeing how quickly that dominance of the market can collapse. Try @tescomobile piggybacking on O2. 👍

steve varga (@satclive8) reported@tescomobile Yes, we tried this afternoon as well as resetting connections, standing on one leg and various other options. I’m now a week into my new contract and haven’t been able to issue mobile data. My last call to Help Desk resulted in a referral to back desk.

Matt Usher (@mattusher) reported@tescomobile my wife has spent hours calling you about an issue with the data disconnecting on her phone, the data switching between wi-fi and 5G failing. 7 weeks and a replacement phone/SIM still has the problem. Cancel her contract asap and take your phone back please.

(@RossandLucinda) reported@tescomobile My bank customer services who have full access to see my account said I've never defaulted on any payments im out of phone contract with 02 for 3 years and I didn't know it would be this difficult to get a new provider. This resolve requires a reset of all my information stored.
