@tescomobile O2 had NO problems in the past when I was with them. I told your staff in Bournemouth what I do for work and I travel to the USA and The Bahamas and I was LIED too.

@tescomobile worst call centre service EVER! Flagged a possible hacked number/ criminal activity and a safeguarding issue - phone used by a vulnerable person. ZERO help. Store really helpful. Concerned that call centre staff will not act under these circumstances

@tescomobile Hello Liz. All the ones I tried did not load at all and the same for my partners phone. We both upgraded our phones only 3 weeks ago so expected better service.
