@tescomobile My connection was spot on. Next thing I'm looking at a survey for feedback! I just think your staff are ignorant. The survey was uploaded fine!! This HAD been shut by someone. He was probably getting his coat on. Thanks #tesco for no help at all.

@tescomobile Nope. I'm being told I can try a new SIM card but the one that came with phone made no difference to me getting the 'waiting for connection' error when trying to text. Having no service whilst that displays. I've had to take the SIM out twice and restart phone. From Google help!

@tescomobile Help, I'm having trouble with my Huddle 2, i have not used it for a long time and decided to reset it, but it will not work, it starts up but the WiFi wont connect with my hub. Please advise me as I'm no computer wizz kid.

Is it possible that after switching from @O2 to @tescomobile for a better deal, I’ve got worse signal coverage? They run on the same network but I’m getting “zero bars” in my house more than I ever did on o2, which was typically one or two bars.
