@tescomobile Satisfaction with complaint handling 59%, it's how you solve your problems that is what really counts in Customer Service. The customer service is abysmal if something goes wrong they just fob you off with deceit. A customer for 8 years and will never again recommend to anyone.

@tescomobile So why does Calvin(Customer Concern Management Team) believe that's it is retrospective, so a Pay monthly bill raised in August is from July. That's the bill for contract airtime and device not any extra charges outside your allowance.
