    @tescomobile I’d love to, if private messaging was activated on the Tescomobile X account. The guy in your call centre said he would call me at 3pm. Still waiting. Totally crap. Going back to O2.

    Man I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!

    @tescomobile Hi. I’m currently in Spain and having an issue with your data service. It was working fine and now has slowed right down. I’m still in my data allowance and wondered if there was an issue? Regards, Joe

    @tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

    @tescomobile There may be no fault, but also virtually NO signal to make/receive calls in Bournemouth BH4 area all of the time.
