    @tescomobile we switched to you on Sunday thinking we would get a better service! We were very wrong! My husband and I are without phones and can’t be called or make calls. Online chats have been as much use as a chocolate kettle!

    @tescomobile Hi there, since yesterday I cannot make outgoing calls or receive incoming ones. It keeps saying 'network busy'. It's shown I have a voicemail message but I can't access it due to this issue. I am in RG12 area. Please advise? Thanks

    @tescomobile I have just been speaking to a customer service advisor regarding a complaint. They have gone to fetch a manager as I need to make a complaint. They have come on and just said “hello” repeatedly. Could someone get in touch with me ASAP please?

    @steviewatson01 @tescomobile just used the checker... "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it."

    @lorrainebwch @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    Judging by the language being used in relation to @tescomobile's customer service by @Hannc10 at our house, this is a company best avoided!
