@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

Does anybody else have issues with streaming using @tescomobile? In the last 6-9 months they've become almost impossible to stream music on the go. I've heard that @O2 throttle their customers. Is that correct? I have loads of data I can use because of this 😟

@tescomobile Looks like a mast is down in the area so I’m guessing it’s been the same all week. Very frustrating when I’ve missed important phone calls and haven’t had the signal to return them either

@tescomobile hi, I've had no phone/text/internet fo 48 hours now apparently due to a phone mast issue. Any way I can find out when I will have coverage again?

@tescomobile It cannot wait more days. 72 hours to wait for a fix is not good enough. How can I escalate this further?

@chrisisadolphin @StewMasters @tescomobile I'm lucky to get 3G and no 5G available anywhere. Tesco have acknowledged that a mast has been down for 10 weeks but that doesn't explain the poor connection pretty much anywhere. Thanks for taking the time to reply, I'm obviously unlucky.

@tescomobile I'll report it on that link then as it's happening all my friends as well. Especially bad in city centre but generally poor all over Manchester and Trafford and Salford no matter if om 3g or 4g or 5g all same poor speeds for me and my friends but when we ask O2 they say nothing

@tescomobile I just decided to join your mobile service and was wondering how the sim can be activated once it has been delivered.

@tescomobile That's great that you help me spend less - could you now try to help me actually get a signal on my phone so that I can make a call and use the internet?

@tescomobile Hi Laura, thanks for response. Always been a problem here, poor signal. Also had a TescoMob for elderly M-I-L but couldn't top up remotely for her as she doesn't do texts (poor sight) and she lived some distance away. Gave up and changed to @EE so no longer a problem.
