So @tescomobile. Simple issue- one you must get all the time. Can’t get any help through customer services by phone nor website. We need to close a relatives phone account. We have enduring power of attorney. Who do we contact?

  • BiLionLeon Leon Lavender (@BiLionLeon) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this means I'll be looking elsewhere for mobile service as I'm unlikely to be able to get my documents signed any time soon. It's easier to just open a new account in my legal name in this case. I understand this isn't your fault personally.

@tescomobile my a51 5g has an awful data connection. Do you know if they are all like this, whether it's only when they are on Tesco or might I just have a duff one. Could I try a 4g sim card instead?

  • SSpencerAhmed Simone Spencer-Ahmed (@SSpencerAhmed) reported

@tescomobile so I spent an hour being passed from pillar to post, trying to sort my daughter’s iPhone upgrade urgently to support her diabetes glucose monitor software.. I have been cut off twice, lied to about early contract termination and promised a call back...

  • IHTP67 Anne Davis (@IHTP67) reported

@tescomobile Thank you Rob yes it has disconnected from @VodafoneUK the old handset shows no network. Your support team have told my father they have no mechanism to contact your escalation team. It has been more than 24 hours now. I can DM details of my father's number?

  • CW33ks Cha3 W33ks (@CW33ks) reported

@tescomobile Not your fault, Laura. But, that doesn’t help me when I’m constantly on the move. A postcode is not gonna help. It’s just a general issue with the signal strength that should be looked into. I should have 5G, but saying 4G, and that’s a struggle. 15 mins to reply to this tweet

@tescomobile Okay so there’s a mast been down & it’s residual fall out from that but we were told that last week ! I’m personally finding it extremely frustrating & inconvenient that we can’t have a simple conversation due to this issue !

  • D666Digger DiggerD666 (@D666Digger) reported

@BiLionLeon @tescomobile. One of your phone operators doing the hard sell when trying to cancel the contract. Said to "ignore her husband and make her own decisions". How low can you get.

  • KeithRadcliffe Keith Radcliffe (@KeithRadcliffe) reported

@tescomobile customer service has really gone downhill. Then I remembered they contracted it out to Crapita. That explains it.
