@tescomobile I'm in Oxford and there's a deadzone on Banbury road right around Keble college and the surrounding area for at least half a mile. Theres no internet around that area. My friends on other networks don't have an issue. I don't know where else to report this! Help!

@tescomobile Nothing but problems with your site and app. Registered card twice, still can't use it in the app to top up and can't log in to my account because it's saying not registered (despite emailing me after sending the reset password button).

@tescomobile That’s helpful I didn’t know I could check that page. There is a mast down apparently. Thank you!

Just spoke to @tescomobile regarding a mate’s bill. The bill is overdue, and she's worried with-it being Christmas that she'll have no service. Tesco understood and have taken steps to ensure she isn't cut off. Customer Service is everything. This is why I always recommend Tesco

@tescomobile no signal in large parts of Winchester for 2 weeks. Apparently s mast has been removed. Will this be resolved soon ? Will you refund my November bill? If it can’t be resolved then I, along with many others, will reluctantly have to find a new provider.

@tescomobile I am near a mini tesco store aswell so maybe a mast or booster could be put on there roof? It would close the lack of signal strength gap in the area
