    @tescomobile issues with my transfer to TM, did an online chat and was offered 1000 Clubcard points as compensation for the delay. When will they be added to my account? Thanks Webdy

    @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.
