    @Tesco @tescomobile buy a handset via Tesco mobile, it will magically tell you it’s nothing to do with them when they cancel the order and don’t refund, because that’s from Tesco direct…WHO DON’T EXIST OR HAVE A HELPLINE! You’ve done this to us twice. Time for small claims court

    @tescomobile Still not receiving log in PINS but I will discuss tariff change with Live Chat when today's service issues with transmission of texts have been resolved.

    @tescomobile I've now taken my sim out of my phone and put my wife's sim in, and have no issues. I have also put my sim in my wife's phone, which also works... I give up. It's not the device, not the sim, but the sim and device combo...
