    @tescomobile @clairefweir the thing is, this shouldn't be all on my time. Some of it yes, that's fair (3days, 5days) all good. But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

    Anybody having issues @tescomobile with making or receiving calls and the line cutting out? I'm trying to make phone calls today and it keeps cutting out.

    @tescomobile Anyone help in customer services? Apparently all supervisors and operation managers are in a meeting! 3 calls, cut off once!

    @tescomobile Hello. Your bio says you're here to help. It would be nice if that were true. Any way to actually buy the phone I was offered at the price I was offered? It is your company's fault that it's taken me a week to get this "far" with the order, after all.

    @tescomobile Your reports say the mast is repaired. But isn't. Non existent yet you're saying there's no issue. Having to use WiFi after a month of you saying the mast is now sorted, when it clearly isn't. I've paid for a month's service that I have been unable to use. Refunds need issuing

    @tescomobile Thanks for your assistance Jade but you obviously haven't listened to me. There will be no changing their mind because Tesco Mobile has let us down very badly with their customer service so I'll be ending this chat now and taking it up with Head Office.

    @tescomobile seems to be trying to defraud its potential customers as well as piss them off. Perhaps speaking to a manager shouldn't be such an ordeal? Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.

    @tescomobile what on earth is wrong with your signal in TF1 2? It used to be brilliant but now I have to go into the garden to take calls although most I miss altogether as it doesn’t ring out.
