@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

@tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.

@tescomobile Private message link still not working, should I just give up with Tesco Mobile, close my existing account and find another provider?

Now they've stolen my remaining top up balance of £9. Offered to transfer to new sim/tariff which failed. The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile

@tescomobile That doesn't work when I have no service and can't make/receive calls or send/receive sms. Can no-one provide an update with estimated time frame?

@Jaquix1X @tescomobile Hi Jaqui xxx I got there in the end, thanks. I was quite happy with my old PAYG, because I never use my blimmin phone. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

@tescomobile if you need a reliable network and have any vulnerable relatives and need to be available I urge you not to use this provider #telcomsombudsman

Asking @tescomobile If you don't see my credit applied, is this a fraudulent site? You're set up to pay for the online top-up service using your registered card, managed by Mi-Pay Ltd. Mi-Pay has collected the payment from your card.

@tescomobile hi Tesco, just visited 3 different parts of the UK, can’t get any signal in any of them, showing 4 bars but nothing working or sending, need to talk about termination of contract, I’m on my local health board emergency call out list and can’t rely on you

Supposed to be a funny question do you get clubcard points being on @tescomobile ? Yeah actually I do and I also don't have mid contract price rises like all the big networks whilst having my network powered by O2, sounds like an add but it's not it's just facts.
