    @tescomobile I can safely say that after watching my tech savvy hubby struggle with a new phone off you guys for the last 3 days I will never ever get a phone or any other device from you. I’m so annoyed I might even stop using @Tesco for my £150+ weekly shop. #Shambles

    @tescomobile Sadly not resolving my issue that I thought had been resolved in your store at uttoxeter. Over a week to sort out a simple address change and upgrade. Not really good enough. However that seems to be the state of customer service everywhere atm,

    @tescomobile @Tesco Yes, but never received the confirmation email. So he went on Tesco live chat, the assistant closed the account & arranged pick up for return. The prob he’s now having is that he can’t do a factory reset cos the verification code is getting sent to the number he can’t access!

    @tescomobile Customer service are cr*p. After 10 days waiting for a call back, emailed CEO, who sorted the issue in 24hrs. Zero points

    @tescomobile so mad , ordered a phone Friday to be emailed delivery would be Saturday with dpd . Now told it’s Easter and I’ll get it Tuesday or Wednesday. Very poor service tbh

    @tescomobile @Tesco He’s already contacted Tesco mobile via live chat 3 times & Samsung via phone twice, he’s had enough & so have I. Honestly never known anything like it with a new phone, we’ve both had mobiles since they first appeared on the market so not like we’re novices. It’s going back.

    @tescomobile Bought SIM, phone came with it I think. Yes. Swapped to Smarty but no signal, so immediately swapped back to Tesco. Was 2nd phone under man's name you have down -HL
