  • SteveAttw00d Steve Attwood (@SteveAttw00d) reported from Ampthill, England

@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

  • sgwells Stephen Wells (@sgwells) reported from Stevenage District, England

@tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

  • JazzyDanielsUK Jaz 🌸 (JLSter ❤💚💛💙) (@JazzyDanielsUK) reported from Hatfield, England

@tescomobile I got a text to say I owe £785.38 as I apparently didn't return a product back! I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

  • WickhamofWare Jonathan Flood (@WickhamofWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

  • CarlMalkin6 Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported

@tescomobile ... are no help. Emailing Mi-Pay Ltd is no help as they then email Tesco asking Tesco to help me when we already know Tesco can't help. I enter my info, it spins around for a bit, then tells me: "You are not authorized to acces (sic) this page." It is broken!

  • jayandkev jayandkev (@jayandkev) reported

@tescomobile Is it true that as a pay monthly customer my phone is set to go to voice mail after 10secs and can't be changed?

  • steve_stewartuk steve stewart (@steve_stewartuk) reported

  • Evans1970Mark Mark (@Evans1970Mark) reported

The @tescomobile advert has got to be the most stupid advert I’ve seen for a long time.

@tescomobile Appalling customer service my wife and daughters phones haven’t been working for a week now and can’t get through on the phone number 😡😡😡

  • MarkJamesWalton Mark Walton (@MarkJamesWalton) reported

@Alicja942 @tescomobile Funny how the app suddenly starts crashing/freezing/quitting. Mine has never been as bad as it is now, just as there's a 'chance' to win something.

  • CarlMalkin6 Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported

@tescomobile I've done all that Liz. I've sent screenshots, talked to the chat people in India, spent 5 hours in DMs on Twitter, talked to customer services on the phone and in store. I have tried 3 different devices and 3 web browsers. Mi-Pay is broken.

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

@tescomobile hello, I am having issues activating iMessage, I get one error saying activation unsuccessful, turn on iMessage to try again, then a pop-up that says an error occurred during activation. Can you please check the account and see if SMS messages can be sent?

  • steve_stewartuk steve stewart (@steve_stewartuk) reported

@tescomobile They were given new SIM cards as neither phone was working. The new sims have been in for 60 hours and their phones still don’t work. The Tesco customer services team are unhelpful and haven’t done anything for them. We can no longer phone them as their phones don’t work!

  • CarlMalkin6 Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported

So @tescomobile it's got to the point where I have to manually top up my account then use the app to buy a bundle. It was so much easier when it was deducted automatically from my bank, before Mi-Pay Ltd screwed it up. 4 years without a problem, now it's time to leave.
