Their customer service is absolutely woeful and they do not care about their loyal customers. I have been with Tesco for years but times are a changing. Pitiful excuse for a market leader.

Rung your customer service and been told there is nothing you can do to message the owner and tell them I have their phone. Is that really right? Surely you can do something to help reunite phone and owner.

Got to send phone for repair for 10 days and you won’t supply with a replacement during that period so will be disconnected from family! Poor service and customer service. Going to ombudsman to pull all my 3 contracts
