@Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

@tescomobile @O2 are the worst join them and they say I will get extra trade in then don't. I should get family discount and they say no as kept checking number and said its too late now. Then get 2 messages saying RPI increase. Terrible service really annoyed will cancel all asap

@tescomobile My credit is fine as 02, three and ee all had no problems. Also you are not correct in saying you have no control over the credit check as when tesco mobile was set up, somebody would have decided what the credit check has to meetx

@tescomobile my partner is a TM customer and currently in the USA on an army exercise. He can’t connect to AT&T, despite repeated attempts, and appears to have used up the whole of his safety buffer trying to do so. To add insult to injury, you’ve locked him out of his account!
