    Just left @tescomobile after 13 years, no point in staying if there is no USP. Off to a cheap virtual operator and reducing my monthly bill by 67% Would have been happy to stay but the pants level of customer service (abroad) made my mind up for me

    @tescomobile Whilst on the phone to your customer services for an hour trying to cancel my contract and go to PAYG, they cut my network while I was talking now I'm unable to log into apps etc and they haven't swapped it to PAYG like I asked.

    @tescomobile @Tesco Phone 'APP' was the initial issue. It doesn't provide the service advertised and has since been uninstalled.

    Went through 5 online web chats with @tescomobile, got kicked out of 4 of them without a resolution then the 5th told me I had to phone customer care

    @tescomobile I won’t DM you, as it makes no difference, wastes both our time. An answer here with regards to a timeline for a fix & an explanation of what you are doing would be helpful to me & others. I’ve had no update other than it’s a known fault. We are 11 weeks on.

    The first customer care agent for @tescomobile transferred me to sales which was a waste of all of our time seeing as sales ≠ fraud
