She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.
