    @emmaparis19901 @tescomobile I'm having the same issue today, £43 down in upgrade fees and still no new phone, agents hanging up on me constantly or ending the webchat. Then I spend half hour raising a complaint via webchat to be told to log via email. Never known customer service like it!

    @tescomobile i got a pay monthly contract with you for my business everytime i try to sign in it says wrong password then when i try to reset the password it keeps coming up "were having technical difficulties" been like it the last 3 months whats wrong with the website?

    @virginmedia Taking outva contract with #TescoMobile as you lot as as thick as s**t, customer services is braindead, been with you for 6+ years! And service from you is crap!

    @tescomobile Hey ya, I have been getting notices sent to my email with billing and order information. This would be very convenient however I am not a customer nor in the UK. I want my information removed from the account

    @tescomobile Liz everything I said in email and live chat was completely ignored. They did not respond to any question. I asked to make a complaint and they haven't even passed it on

    Been with @tescomobile for more than 10 yrs. Switched my phone on @ the airpt in Aus. Didn’t go online, or download anything. Charged £150! Customer services manager said only prep’d to knock £60 off. Out of contract so will simply swap providers when I get home. Unbelievable!
