@LeilaHenry1 Thanks for the info Leila. Sounds like it might have been my number was disconnected - confused by my local mast also being down. I've left TM (after 7 years) but am struggling to get a refund from @tescomobile Headed to Ombudsman now just to recover a modest amount!

@tescomobile I've received a welcome to tesco mobile letter but I've never opened an account with you. I called to report this to tesco yesterday and advised someone from fraud dept would call back but not heard from anyone? Concerned as been told there's 2 contracts in my name?

@tescomobile I just going to state it IMO phone at £57.00 is just aout good enough for calls of which i take one a week. Other than that its slow, sticks, doesn't allow me to post and the screen sticks - I'm a tech expert. Had o for my job, my last phone was wasted by ____unknown
