@tescomobile I hope finding you won’t be the needle in a haystack I experienced. I had sleepless night of worry, Probably exaggerated by my trauma of grief. this was the final straw for me. Anyway I am pleased to have a service restored.

@tescomobile My signal has been terrible for the last couple of months and now I can’t make or receive calls in my house. Where to I go to get it looked at? Don’t really want to change provider as been with you for years but needs must!

Need to put this out there. Anyone thinking of moving to @tescomobile don’t. We did on NYE and haven’t had a phone since. They admit big issues with data transfer that they can’t resolve and their customer service team haven’t a clue what to advise. #shambles

@tescomobile hello. Signed up to Tesco Mobile last week after 15 years with 3. It’s been a terrible decision so far. Number transfer still not complete. Temporary number doesn’t work. No sign of when it will be sorted. Wouldn’t recommend you to an enemy never mind a friend!!

@tescomobile The service in my area (South East London) is now beyond a joke. When are you and O2 going to sort this out? Another two week of no service is totally unacceptable especially as I have a medical condition and need to contact my GP/medical team. #Exasperated
