@NikitaJGarner @Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile Wow, I was on 10mbps for years and thought that was bad. Now got 74 outs and it is awesome. I think remoteness and hills are still an issue with cabled connection. You have my sympathy.

@tescomobile I won’t DM you, as it makes no difference, wastes both our time. An answer here with regards to a timeline for a fix & an explanation of what you are doing would be helpful to me & others. I’ve had no update other than it’s a known fault. We are 11 weeks on.

So for 5 days @tescomobile are leaving me isolated and with no ability to contact anyone, and no ability for people to contact me on my number. This is after it took three attempts to transfer me over to them, & there’s been a problem on the last near my house this week.

@tescomobile I spoke to 2 of your colleagues on the phone this morning. The first one just got rid of me when he heard my problem. The second did all she could to help, but could only say, it’s a known problem & is being treated with highest priority! I need information .

@tescomobile what is happening with your roaming charges after spring 2023. I'm due to renew contract. Used online chat and they wouldn't tell me. If roaming charges coming will change network. Thanks.

@tescomobile I've referred it to the ASA who I'm sure will be in touch with your organisation. In the meantime it's a joke that you cannot yet say what you will be charging in terms of roaming for this summer. I'm a current customer and am holding off renewing *any* of the 4 contracts I have
