@tescomobile I needed to reset my apps to their factory settings to resolve problems with my settings. An unfortunate side effect of doing this was wiping out my PAYG balance which is more than annoying so can you possibly restore my balance.

@tescomobile 48 hours without network coverage! Have had assurances twice from customer services that my number would be transferred to my new contract and still nothing. Can't get through to your live chat now either. Really really disappointed with your service!!

@tescomobile Why are you making it so difficult 4 me to take out a new contract 4 my family's mobiles? If you had any sense of customer service, u would have moved me on to the best deal 4 the price I am paying now & then informed me that u had put me on a better package!

@tescomobile They told me to contact you. You guys needs to speak with each other. I have paid for an order up front then was told it could not be fulfilled and now I have to chase for a refund! It is unacceptable! What kind of service is this?

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile seems great since I joined but it takes far too long to speak to someone at customer service, Live Chat is great via the App but wish it was easier to actually speak to someone #TescoMobile

@tescomobile I’ve tried to upgrade on two separate occasions and each time have given up in frustration. I have started the search for a new provider as a result of this. This is no way to treat an loyal customer of many years.

@tescomobile What are you doing? I wait 30 minutes on your Customer Care line (ha!) when I get someone on the line the reception is so bad we cannot hear each other. I scuttle round my flat trying to improve signal! Watching stuff on YouTube is annoying, plays, stops forever.
