    I'm not impressed @tescomobile with the 'unwillingness' of staff to put me onto a manager. I've offered my phone to police 'voluntarily' to help with an enquiry and unfortunately... they have not as yet given me this back. So, I'm left with my pay as you go phone.

    @tescomobile seriously not impressed got an email stating my new phone that cant be in stores. Has been dispatched. Dpd don't recognise Ref? spoke to honestly the most arrogant person I have ever met in customer services stating we know its a problem #Rude #Badservice

    @tescomobile @ollieking__ I've tried on different browsers and phones and it doesn't work, contacted your chat and they told me to place the order again, so what's the point in pre ordering? What a waste of time.

    @tescomobile my mum ordered a new phone from you on 26th august and she still has no service on it. Called customer service three times, been back to the shop twice and now mailed numerous times but it still has not been resolved. Please help.

    @tescomobile I understand, but it is refusal of staff to arrange a manager to even call me back? This doesn't help anyone.

    @tescomobile Thanks for the offer but I think she would get confused if she called you. She went into the store at the weekend & they gave her a new SIM card but just shrugged when she explained what the issue was.
