@tescomobile Your link says there’s no problem - who is right, you or Ofcom? Also, why can we get coverage upstairs and in our downstairs utility room, but no service in our dining or living rooms? It’s ridiculous! Nothing in the house has changed

@tescomobile I’ve looked on Ofcom’s site and done a search on coverage in the area - it says the O2 network has problems in our area but EE don’t. I’ve been in to the phone shop in store and they say there’s no problem…..

@tescomobileire It's alright. I have given up on getting a refund from tescomobile. I don't believe they ever had any intention in giving it. However I will never shop in Tesco again

@tescomobile He is now being threatened with the baliffs despite this being recorded on his account and it was supposed to be sorted. I would like to request management details so that he can speak to someone other than fraud and customer services as that hasn’t got him anywhere

Love how @tescomobile seem to be punish victims of fraud. @tescomobile who do I need to speak to in order to get help?! He is a victim of fraud and no one is helping resolve it. He is now being threatened with bailiffs on accounts he did not open yet still required to pay for!!!
