Ive escalated complaint to ombudsman so I can change network.

Fobbed off every day with it will be done in 24 hours, senior management constantly escalating but getting nowhere!!

Jon (@Jon_Truscott) reported@SCherrie84 @tescomobile I lost all TM coverage from 15th Oct. TM sited problems with my local mast (ongoing) but I had no service anywhere (where masts weren't faulty). I've had to leave TM and have only been offered compensation of much less than I've been charged for their (non working) service.

Izzy Johnson (@izzyjo) reported@tescomobile continues to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Having failed to provide me with phone service for almost 2 months, they now tell me I have to pay £184 to leave my contract and go elsewhere. Furious is an understatement.
