    @tescomobile upgraded on the 22nd delivery today, just got email from DPD to say its coming on the 31st !!! #NotHappy phoned you at 0800 today was on phone for 10 minutes and your operative hung up !! call that service ?

    Just a warning if anyone wants to change there mobile network do not and I mean do NOT go with @tescomobile they have taken just short of £700 out of my daughters account, also she’s waiting for a refund from them of £39.99 no one is taking responsibility for this

    @O2 Data is unusable where I am (Milan). As stated, I get 3G but can’t use it, all apps say phone is not connected to network. Irony is my wife is with @tescomobile and is getting 5G. Crossed into Switzerland today and got 5G halfway up a mountain but can’t use phone in Milan. 🤷

    @tescomobile Very disappointed that due to me changing address I can't get the deal I want before it expires! No warning of this when changing details. Should be warning it takes 72hrs! Customer service no help! Would have been renewing 3 contracts! Beware!

    @tescomobile Any particular reason why WiFi calling isn't a thing on your network? I moved from O2 to Tesco but having to move back because I get little to no reception in my house!! Other networks have it so why not you?

    @tescomobile I've been a tesco mobile customer for about 8 years now but had to upgrade my phone in August due to my son breaking my old phone in August does that mean my home from home will stop working as I did see some customers will keep home from home

    @tescomobile do you guys have a fix contract for pay monthly phones or can you up it every so often my o2 bill has gone up 6-£7 since being with them and I’m looking else where..
