Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?

Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.
