  @tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.

  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

  @tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere

  @tescomobile have a Dept called, Additional Support Team (a bit like the SAS I imagine) They have done NOTHING to resolve a simple? issue. I am fuming here (because I've got eye hospital appts etc coming up and the contact me by text)
