@tescomobile Again, no use to an elderly person who doesn't use a computer. Is it too much trouble for an actual human being to help her? She's lucky to have family to step in but she hates to ask. Not everybody has that. We will all be old one day...

the @tescomobile customer with number ending 194 who got a free £10 top up last night, it was me, i was topping up my dads phone so that he could keep in touch with us as he is not allowed visitors in hospital, i made a mistake and got 1 digit wrong when putting his number in😔

@tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?

2/2 So today @tescomobile got me stranded as I use my Maps app as a SatNav whilst doing home Visits for work. Nothing would load, completely lost in the middle of a town I didn’t know!! Never happened with o2 but always with you? Why?

@tescomobile really bad customer service, lied to about taking out new contract and keep lying to me and reading off a script, I warned them I would go on social media but they ignored that too. Complaints procedure is inept don't even acknowledge complaint NOT HAPPY !!!!!!

@tescomobile contract for our 3*phones is with the wife. Recently she passed away. Thought it would be easy to change the payment details to myself but oh no! All three phones have to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then I can take out a new contract. Come on, call this service?
