    @tescomobile extremely unhappy with your service. I have 2 mobile phones and numbers with you & due an upgrade. I need to speak to someone about this as want to pay a chunk off first and I was on hold for over 25 mins the other day and cut off and can't chat online either

    @Ofcom @tlaindon1 @tescomobile If it all comes under one contract, and it does say 36months... otherwise soon it'll be broken up to handset/airtime/warranty/accessories/data seperately for 60months.

    @tescomobile @crisis_uk Paid insurance for over a year for two phones and the insurance company refuse to replace the phones because we can't operate the broken phones to cancel the icloud account. THIS IS MADNESS.
