    @tescomobile AND your live chat support is not 'instant'. That was Saturday and they STILL haven't responded (nor did anyone get back from the telephone support). Instant? Really? 2 days and counting.

    @tescomobile what is wrong with the 02 network around Guildford Train Station? I have full 4g signal and plenty of data yet the speed of the service is worst than EDGE. #embarrassing

    @HebbyGold @tescomobile I’ve had the same issue since the beginning of June our local store explained its any new sim that doesn’t work! Keep getting told there’s a mast down but rest of family fine. When is there going to be a fix?

    @tescomobile Instant? Hours isn't instant. Yes, I still have the same problem. However, I don't have the time to waste with you, your telephone support or your live chat support... none of which actually provided support.
