@UnicornsRockUK @tescomobile @O2 I'm on actual O2, and I can stream from my Jellyfin without any problems.

  • QuannyUK Adam (@QuannyUK) reported

@JennyPimmsWaugh @tescomobile Yes, under 4.7 of the T&Cs. However, I asked and was told I couldn’t move to a Clubcard Price tariff. It became a complaint and has reached deadlock, now going to Ombudsman. If you don’t get what you’re entitled to, feel free to message and I’ll explain what I think rights are 👍

  • izzyjo Izzy Johnson (@izzyjo) reported

@clairefweir at the end of my tether with @tescomobile, who failed to transfer my number to new SIM. New number doesn't work, so no phone now for over a week. Beyond stressed as I need it for work and family. Repeatedly told to 'wait 24 hours'.

  • JC_Supply JC (@JC_Supply) reported

@tescomobile Which I appreciate but without an estimated fix time it's meaningless unfortunately

  • LuSchmoo Lu (@LuSchmoo) reported

@bfcmichael @tescomobile Hello, I was told in store when I switched from 3 to Tesco that I’d lose signal on my three Sim and then that was the indication that the number had been transferred. This should also be the case for you.

  • TomEldr38227577 Tom (@TomEldr38227577) reported

@tescomobile I just decided to join your mobile service and was wondering how the sim can be activated once it has been delivered.

Does anybody else have issues with streaming using @tescomobile? In the last 6-9 months they've become almost impossible to stream music on the go. I've heard that @O2 throttle their customers. Is that correct? I have loads of data I can use because of this 😟
