    @tescomobile phone ordered for Xmas gift. Not delivered by DPD. Still no phone. And no help at all from @tescomobile. Why can’t you send a new phone and follow up yourselves with DPD?????

    @harryt84 @tescomobile Yeah, you should try Vodafone or someone who uses there network. I never have issue.

    @tescomobile hi bought my sis a contract phone on my account for family perks. She’s got her own Tesco account so she will cancel hers. She hopes to keep her number. What’s the best way to sort this?

    So close to the end of my tether. Nobody makes service that work easily when you do them on behalf of elderly relatives. Latest @tescomobile - there's now a PIN to log in to the account I set up - but it's sent to Mum's phone and she can't work out how to get it to tell me

    @tescomobile is there a delay in transferring numbers to your network? We are now on day 4 and now both old and new phone not accepting the number?

    @tescomobile terrible customer service called and got unlimited upgrade, chased up 7 days later,told no you cant get it. Useless customer advice. Been a customer for 10+ years. Will move all family to virgin at end of contract
