    @tescomobile Hi, help please! My mum recently moved from Vodafone to Tesco Mobile and there seems to be a stuck port type issue. Numbers from Vodafone can’t call her. She can phone them but incoming calls are blocked. Can you help?

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

    @tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

    @AndyOopNorthGB @SBarrettBar @tescomobile The coverage though us down to usually O2 for Tesco could be EE I can’t remember . When I was with Tesco it was O2

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile Went with Vodafone after. The manner of the Tesco mobile staff in the Wexford Town and New Ross stores was disgraceful. Ye have lost a loyal customer.

    @tescomobile I have sent a PM regarding your horrendous customer service and a brand new iPhone that won’t switch on and your reluctance to replace even though Apple have advised you should due to being brand new. Please reply asap
