    @tescomobile Hi, please could you help? I have (had) a 4G pay as you go account with £9.99 credit remaining when a week or so back it was suddenly disconnected. I am disabled and unable to visit in-store to get help, and although I use the phone infrequently, I need it for safety

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area
