    @tescomobile has the worst customer service after waiting over an hour on web chat it cut me off saying thank you for contacting us, we’ll I bloody didn’t all I want it log on to my account to get an upgrade as my phone got broke whilst in hospital and I can’t read the screen

    @tescomobile I’ve been living in the post code area of iv22 for the last 3 weeks. I can’t get ca signal in my house, no 3 or 4g coverage in my local area. My wife contacted Tesco and she was told there is an issue with a local transmitter! 3 weeks? Really?

    @tescomobile Pay as you go??? So now im apay as you go customer. So another call to Tesco. Im now a pay as you go customer.. you can't make up this incompetence. And they say we live in a first world country.

    @tescomobile Good morning, can you help please? My father in law is with Tesco Mobile but had a note saying he was out of minutes just a few days after paying his monthly contract. He doesn’t know how to contact you and can’t download your App. Can you advise please?

    @tescomobile The status showed no issues. But when my wife spoke to the contact centre he said there was a technical fault and it would be repaired ASAP? So if there is no issue and “No Service” what is the next step?

    @tescomobile That is useless to me I don’t have a phone as it’s broke so I can’t get a text and as I am not at home receiving care, I have no access to a phone, looks like it will have been me going elsewhere and getting a phone, and cancelling my contract when I can, shame customer lost

    @tescomobile I would not contract with these guys, they have the worse customer service ever, I bought a phone for my daughter before Christmas which we didn't open which proved to be broken when we opened it on Christmas day. I just got told it was all my problem to fix. Great!
