@tescomobile 2/2 that not much can be done the escalation (backroom) team not available Saturday. He had the PAC number from @VodafoneUK whilst at the store Wednesday. He's been to the store twice now, phoned support multiple times and still no working phone. Help......

@tescomobile after 4mths of problems getting a new phone off virginmobile and finally it being cancelled i go tesco 2night and get myself a new iphone to get home & realise you dont even get a plug in the box & only a lightening cable which isnt even usb so have no charger😭😭😭

@WhichUK Can you DM me re @tescomobile? I believe you recommend them as a provider. I believe that they misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue?

@tescomobile Okay so there’s a mast been down & it’s residual fall out from that but we were told that last week ! I’m personally finding it extremely frustrating & inconvenient that we can’t have a simple conversation due to this issue !
