@tescomobile why is it since my phone got updated with new version of @SamsungMobile and it went to version 11 or something my phone has been horrible, slow, my WiFi keeps loosing signal even in same room as router. And keeps freezing. Is there anyway to undo the update

  • LilacNannie LilacNannie (@LilacNannie) reported

@O2 And that’s why no one should get a #Tescomobile on #o2 network - you don’t take responsibility for your failure. Take note people...

  • booksbytheboats booksbytheboats (@booksbytheboats) reported

@tescomobile why tell me I have to update my address to upgrade and then not allow me to upgrade once I have? Phone broke today, can’t do my job without it and now can’t upgrade. How will I cope with loss of earnings? Oh I won’t. What a service 😡😡

  • andywilks86 andy (@andywilks86) reported

Why’s the signal so terrible in the LA12 8NB area @tescomobile

  • Jess_Simpson645 Jessica Simpson 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@Jess_Simpson645) reported

@tescomobile Yes I am with you, I think you use the O2 network? They are always O20 numbers - if only there was a way to block that area code. I have had 10 calls this morning and don't want to have to spend my life reporting each individual number. Maybe a number change is my best bet.

Trying to leave @tescomobile and unlock a phone to a different network should honestly be a Crystal Maze challenge. JUST TELL ME WHERE TO PUT THE PUK CODE YOU COWARDS

  • bloognoo Bloognoo (@bloognoo) reported

@tescomobile I am receiving scam calls from Tesco mobile numbers roughly once a day claiming to be @HMRCgovuk . Never the same number twice, number disconnected if I call back to try and identify them. I think your SIM provisioning system has been hacked.

@Mrs_A_Campbell @tescomobile @SamsungMobile It wouldn't surprise me if this was a Samsung fault. My wife had the A50 when it first came out and it was nothing but trouble. Wifi kept dropping out, glitchy camera etc. In the end I just bought a Huawei phone sim free. Samsung are aware of some serious software issues but....

And: @tescomobile : no, you can't speak to a supervisor, they can't speak to customers And best of all: T: We'll have to ask for an unlock code and it could be 20 days to arrive. Can we have a number to call you on? Me: only a landline T: no, it has to be a mobile Me: wtf?
