    Still waiting for a promised callback from @tescomobile, been a month since appalling service and my complaint not resolved. Wonder if writing to mobile phone company by old fashioned post would get a response?

    @tescomobile have taken their appalling customer service to new heights today. After no phone service since end of Aug, I finally got a letter offering resolution and asking me to call. I call and after lots of qus was told they can't resolve it over the phone. Never use them.

    @tescomobile Thanks for your reply. The lady called your Customer Service again after your above response. And what she got was applauding. Despite the fact she is on contract, one representative ask, she buys new sim card, while another said she needs to wait for 5days - kindly check your dm

    @tescomobile It’s not been evident and happens in ALL areas not just one!! Got to send phone for repair for 10 days and you won’t supply with a replacement during that period so will be disconnected from family! Poor service and customer service. Going to ombudsman to pull all my 3 contracts

    @tescomobile you need sort your network out I have elderly dad and for last week or so all I’m getting is this number is currently not excepting calls please try later could be too late lucky he has house phone I told him stuff Tesco contract go elsewhere

    @tescomobile Hi Jade, the complaint has been in longer than that and it’s been over 3-5 days since my call. Is there an address to write to? I presume phones aren’t @tescomobiles forte

    @matt_saunders_ @tescomobile @O2 I feel so badly let down. To not even have a time scale is shocking. I've wasted hours and hours of my time trying to get this sorted and no one seems remotely interested. I'm so fed up.
