@tescomobile hi I have been using the mobile app now for years without any issues. Today I went to log in and the app wouldn't load . Is there an issue. I uninstalled it and downloaded it and I'm having the same problem. Is there a problem with the app

Hey @tescomobile👋Contract started 31/10🎃All trick & no treat, still can't use 📱. My online chats, emails, calls & store trip hasn't helped, even emailed CEO @clairefweir, but I've been 👻ed. SOS @OmbudServices Can't wait 8 wks, getting extra charges & can't use phone. Pls RT.

@tescomobile I have had no data since getting a new SIM 2 weeks ago. Your call centre tell me a different thing everytime; today it's a system wide problem with no fix date. Is this true?
