@tescomobile In the whole area. It’s definitely not my handset, I’m up to date on software updates, I rest the network settings, I’ve restarted the phone. I’ve done everything. Even when I do get bars appear, I still can’t call or receive calls. I don’t pay £60+ a month for 3G and no service!

@tescomobile I need to drive at least 5/10 mins away from my home to be able to get some signal. Even then it’s not great and I can’t hold a phone call without it randomly cutting off.

@tescomobile As I stated yesterday, my partner is on O2 and his friend is using GiffGaff. Both not experiencing any problems. I’m new to the city and also 40 miles away from where I used to live, so I don’t know anyone yet. I have to travel to near Four Oaks to be able to get signal.

@VinnieLouu @Gremlimuk @tescomobile To me it sounds like 1 of 3 things 1 - Could be the phone (I very highly doubt it is but its known to occur 2 - The SIM could've gone faulty, we had a bunch go bad around December time I think 3 - Could literally be a case of taking the SIM out, cleaning it and popping it in

@tescomobile @TheO2 sort your network out in Manchester. Showing at 4G with full bars, no messages or social media loading or sending. Absolutely ridiculous. EE/Vodafone have no issue. What is the issue??
