@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile @giffgaff Didn’t let me know the card expired, wouldn’t let me update payment details. This is for my mum’s emergency phone, so it’s crucial that it works in a pinch.

@tescomobile you are a sham. Awaiting new sim. You cut me, a disabled person, off before the sim arrived. Have to contact my medical team. Your response wasn't very good. Shall I post the conversation on here for all to see what you are like? Never listens or understands

@tescomobile I personally find the advert you have playing on the radio to be deeply offensive in its portrayal of people who work in customer service and especially call centres. Why is it that it’s socially acceptable to attack call centre workers simply because you cannot see us?

@tescomobile Another company that doesn't listen to customers, but fobs them of with patronising, standard lines, "I'm sorry you feel that way" - which means, "we don't really care". - how about, "I'll pass on your complaint to someone with the responsibility to do something about it" ?!

@BolangerBoys @tescomobile No resolution, but they admitted their system is out of date and not compliant with the latest standards. Pretty shocking really.

Hey @tescomobile did the new strong customer authentication rules that were originally due in March 2021 catch you by surprise? Because your website isn't accepting credit cards. Oops!
