Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

They put him on a new one hence he was never aware this one was still active. Pretty sure he’s been misled. What’s the email for a complaint?

Also the attitude of no 3 towards a customer needing help was appalling
