@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile It was on a telephone call for my husband. He had a passport but was told he had to have a driving licence too, which he doesn't. Thankfully your online chat (Mohan and Ankit) were able to help us.

@tescomobile I booked a repair a few months ago but I had to cancel as I had put the wrong address. I would try to call that number but the reason I want a repair is because I can’t hear anyone when I make calls if that makes sense?

@tescomobile @nathantoothy90 Sky Mobile us O2 as their network provider so can cross O2 off your list plus giffgaff and Tesco Mobile as they both use O2 as well.

@tescomobile phone ordered for Xmas gift. Not delivered by DPD. Still no phone. And no help at all from @tescomobile. Why can’t you send a new phone and follow up yourselves with DPD?????

@tescomobile unable to add 2 more sim only deals, all 3 credit cards from different institutions declined. 1 of the cards is used for current monthly payments. You have a payment problem, my cards are not blocked.

@tescomobile @Lannilou Hi there this is actually regarding my phone, when we went in there to ask for help for a repair the worker was extremely reluctant to offer assistance. Any help would be appreciated :)
