@tescomobile have to say really not impressed with your customer service and system. Changed over to your network last sunday, now my registered blind wife who relies on her phone has no phone service (after changing to your SIM) at all and noone is apparently is able to help.

@tescomobile I’ve got inside knowledge on thousands of sunrise numbers not working. They are lying to customers I have been without service for 3 weeks No one will ever call you.This is knowledge from someone who works within their customer service team. Report to watchdog

@linda_whyman I used to be with Virgin broadband who were terrible. Moved to EE a couple of years ago and have no complaints. Also we’ve had our phones from TescoMobile for some years and have generally found them to be helpful & fair. (Ps I do not work for these companies & am not paid!)
