    Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile @MartinSLewis I requested SAR 5 weeks ago. NOTHING. Sahira who is customer complaints manager emailed me a few days ago,I have responded and she thanked and acknowledged me. Today I wake up and read and email saying as I have not responded she is closing complaint
