    Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay £40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

    @tescomobile I’d love to, if private messaging was activated on the Tescomobile X account. The guy in your call centre said he would call me at 3pm. Still waiting. Totally crap. Going back to O2.
