    Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

    @tescomobile started a new way of creating extra revenue-by disconnecting pay as you go phone-coz they don’t generate enough revenue-so imagine how much credit they stole by disconnecting your phone&mine?when I complained- I was told tough **** we ain’t reconnecting SHAME ON YOU

    Supposed to be a funny question do you get clubcard points being on @tescomobile ? Yeah actually I do and I also don't have mid contract price rises like all the big networks whilst having my network powered by O2, sounds like an add but it's not it's just facts.

    @ronanofficial @tescomobile Tesco Mobile’s ‘super helpful network’ is clearly helping me live off-grid 🙏📵 6 SIMs, store visits, chats… still no signal since Feb 28. Shame my disabled sister’s carers don’t accept smoke signals—any chance of actual help?

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.
