  Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

  @tescomobile Are you kidding, I’m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

  @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

  @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

  @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

  @tescomobile my partner has “used” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

  @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?
