@tescomobile Just being fobbed off again on DM's. "The system won't let us do anything, speak to this person, speak to that person. No shame whatsoever. Terrible company.

  • ChrisKn80367018 Chris Knight (@ChrisKn80367018) reported

@tescomobile Almost another hour wasted online talking to someone else who just tries to pass the problem on to someone else who cannot/ will not help.

  • lee_cheshire Lee Cheshire (@lee_cheshire) reported from Herefordshire, England

@tescomobile why don’t you do WiFi calling. Everyone else does. My signal at home is awful and it would come in so handy.

  • ReeceWhitee ♛ReeceWhite (@ReeceWhitee) reported

@tescomobile can someone help me with cancelling something. I pay £6 for something that i have no idea for or use. Thanks

  • anbealach Anne McMahon (@anbealach) reported

@tescomobile 80 yr old gentleman upgrades iPhone. Everything transferred to new sim. Phone is locked/ disabled. Tesco customer service” I can’t help you”. He can’t go to a Tesco store. What a shower.

  • ChrisKn80367018 Chris Knight (@ChrisKn80367018) reported

@tescomobile I’ve spoken to all your forms of so called customer service and nobody will do anything because I have to wait 72 hours for you to correct the mistake you made on my address change. Next to useless

  • ChrisKn80367018 Chris Knight (@ChrisKn80367018) reported

@tescomobile You messed up my direct debit then messed up my address change. Then instead of helping tried to sell me a 500 quid phone. On Christmas Eve, if you hadn’t messed all that up it would have cost me £14 to upgrade now I’m being told 27 I’ve never experienced such shabby service.

  • ChrisKn80367018 Chris Knight (@ChrisKn80367018) reported

@tescomobile I wish it was that easy to get an upgrade out of you. You’re doing all you can to avoid giving me my due upgrade. Evasive, incompetent, money grubbing. Awful customer service. AVOID

  • ChrisKn80367018 Chris Knight (@ChrisKn80367018) reported

@tescomobile Another truly appalling day of wasted time with @tescomobile useless customer service. Contantly passed onto another useless service rep who "can't do anything". Next to useless.

  • tim_cattlin Tim 🐌 (@tim_cattlin) reported

@tescomobile Lack of WiFi calling ruled you guys out I'm afraid. Understand that budget providers really have to strip back the service a little from their mainstream carrier to justify the saving but this is a deal breaker for many. Paid just a tiny bit more and joined o2.
