    @tescomobile Hi, alternative phone arrived but, small issue, I had also ordered a new SIM as current one is micro and need nano. I forgot to mention this when arranging new delivery so no SIM. My fault. I have an old (very) Tesco nano - could I use this? (Tech idiot) Ta

    @tescomobile I ordered a phone last week, I ordered the wrong one so returned the phone and sim as instructed, cust svs assured me everything was cancelled yet today my service has been taken over by tesco so I can’t make or receive calls. So NOT cancelled, this needs sorting now

    @tescomobile First the phone I rent from you said "no sim". I've taken it out and put it back, now it says I need to top up my payment to use it. The phone app said it would send me a code, but didn't. The online help site says send my debit card details. Dreadful service.

    @AlanHen50982372 @tescomobile TBF this is not a tesco fault The majority of ppl who have mobile phones have home broadband also How about trying to contact spple for the solution or Google to see if there is a way to update without WiFi
