Exc. me chasing up I've had from you: a survey to see how the customer service was, and a letter saying 'thanks for upgrading with you' - which I haven't because my sim card won't work in soap!

Rodney Isemann (@isemann) reported@tescomobile Hi, been with you a number of years. Recently upgraded but there was soap (yes. soap!!) in the box you sent me instead of my phone. Customer Service on the phone says I need to wait 5 days to hear from you at all! Is that correct? Seems bad to me.
