    @tescomobileire My upgrade phone died this week, no longer charges went to nearest tescomobile store and no staff wtf, its costing me work, I will not my bill until I receive support. webchat useless as well. I am disabled and will go public about the lack of service and care

    @tescomobile And now the current issue: The process appears to have only half worked: my Vodafone SIM did stop working (on Friday at roughly 13:00), but my old number has still not appeared on my new phone.

    @tescomobile please can u help. I have pancreatic failure and now need a device that is compatible with Dexcom 6, my contracted device is not. I'd like to return my device and take a new contract with a comparable device rather than paying for a second one. Can y u help?

    @ScottWilmotArt @VodafoneUK @tescomobile Glad to hear this but tbf our signal not as good as Vodafone, hence the lower price. We use O2 and their network if very dated.

    @tescomobile Hi, thank you for this. The issue has been ongoing for about 6 weeks now. It is the whole of #sthelens Town Centre which is affected. It is causing problems for local businesses and taxi drivers when trying to use contactless payments. Can this be looked at urgently please?

    @VodafoneUK totally ripped my wife off. sold her a sim package she didn’t need ..unlimited data package even though she uses under 10 gig a month , £22 per month for 24 months .Got her to cancel and move to @tescomobile . £11 per month on a 12 month package #ripoffBritain
