@tescomobile Put your supermarket prices down then ..rip off Britain

  • ChrisGu43069649 Electric Chris (@ChrisGu43069649) reported

@tescomobile This company lie and steal money from their customers due to technical problems my bundle could not be used for two weeks it only lasts a month no apology or compensation this is theft

  • WessexSaint Charlie (@WessexSaint) reported

@QPRgirl13 @rjm101163aux @tescomobile Yes, and I left Tesco to go back to O2. I'm in a poor area for reception and need WiFi calling (and call divert) which Tesco don't do

  • BBallisai Barbara ballisai (@BBallisai) reported

@tescomobile I keep running out of data which for me is a safety issue as I work on nights. I have spoken to several people and email several times. I'm paying for a service I'm not able to use.

  • Helen87497013 Helen Noonan Cartwright (@Helen87497013) reported

@tescomobile What a load of rubbish. Help! You scrapped the double points for using your Clubcard points to pay your bills. Just over a month after I’d taken out a new contract. Was fuming as that’s the only reason I stayed loyal. Won’t be renewing down the line

  • seanbarnett2013 SB (@seanbarnett2013) reported

@tescomobile They don’t really go down, you raise the price then put a selection of products out with a Clubcard reduction. It’s not the same thing if the Clubcard price is what the price should be anyway when compared with other retailers!

  • Mrawlins1974 Michelle Rawlins (@Mrawlins1974) reported from Sheffield, England

@EveAinsworth @AskPayPal @tescomobile This is so wrong. It’s easy for them to play bath and ball, but this is NOT solving your problem. They need to get to grips with this. Atrocious way to treat customers.

  • DRJCONNOR Richard Connor (@DRJCONNOR) reported

@tescomobile Not true, what you will do is close an account but continue to bill it, deny knowledge of closure and post missed payments in the client's credit report and tell them it is their problem to sort out. Laughably poor service and deceitful practices

  • BBallisai Barbara ballisai (@BBallisai) reported

@tescomobile Issue is still not resolved. I have asked simply to have my number changed whilst keeping the same monthly contract which I have had for years. The old number is now inactive but the new number was wrongly assigned to a pay&go contract.

  • rfmcsc Rio Fergus McCann CSC (@rfmcsc) reported

@tescomobile No, it feels good when profits go down. A sure fire indicator that pricing reflects costs. It suggests your suppliers and customers are getting a fair deal. Capitalism hates this post.
