Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile absolutely unacceptable service. After 3 weeks, 8 calls, 2 emails and 4 failed promises of a call back, you still have £200 of my money and I still have no phone. Why not look after your customers rather than hide behind DPD?

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I went back into my local store yesterday at around 1500, still same problem, store staff were great , escalated to tech who wanted to transfer me to telesales, staff member refused saying that has already been tried, tech promised me a call back within 24 hours.

@tescomobile My dad suddenly passed away last year and had only got out a new phone & contract the month prior. U were so helpful when I informed you. We also got to keep his phone (which has memories on) and no cancellation fees. Thanks for being kind & a great service x

@tescomobile Fortunately Ive been put on a rolling monthly contract. Which will be terminated after a month after being with tescomobile for 10 years. Your customer service has really gone very poor
