I used 4488 to get a top up, popped on £5 and it only added credit to my account. The automated phone service is rubbish & your guy on chat is not helping. How do I get a refund?

I’ve been back to the store three times to try and resolve this but am getting nowhere. Can someone please help!! This is awful!!!!
