Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile I am sick and tired of reaching out to you. The customer service is atrocious. Every single of your collegues i spoke too all said "it's our mistake we will fix it" and none of you did. Turns out when I'll call again the one before didn't fix it and so on then you charged me

@tescomobile @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK honestly, I have had enough of my sim dropping out and having to contact you! Before you ask, don't ask me to take my sim etc etc. This happened with my last samsung mobile. I have had new sims in the past. All these issues still happen.

@tescomobile Hi. Is there an issue with your pay as you go top-up site at the moment? I’ve tried topping up 5 times now with 2 different debit cards and just get the “something went wrong” message
