We can call others who aren't Tesco mobile network customers. Outages? Issues? TN39 area, and lots of people in local Facebook groups reporting same.

Chat directed me to self service. Self service directs me to contact Apple. You sold me a broken phone and won’t help!

Oh and that’s off my bill so still intend billing me for phone I can’t use . Excellent customer care
