    @tescomobile @WhichUK Shocking considering I am unable to use mobile data. So effectively paying loads just for calls and texts. Not good service

    @tescomobile 3 live chats and I’ve just had the phone put down on me. I pay monthly and you have made my sim PAYG. Worst service I’ve ever had. 3 weeks without a phone because of this

    @tescomobile Now the phone is unusable, I was advised to take my phone to Samsung - I have no issue that the phone needs to be fixed but them but Tesco have not offered any form of support in the meantime.

    @tescomobile I would like to add that I have very recently joined you from another network and kept my number and have just read a tweet from someone else that this is a known fault?

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Yeah right! Any of us wondering when we might get mobile data due to “ongoing issues” with our PAC code transfers ( 2 weeks, 5 calls,2 hours) might disagree.
