    Word of warning.... never go with @tescomobile . They make it impossible to access your account and cancel out of date contracts. I have 3 contracts, one is out but won't allow me to cancel and won't talk to me. They soon will when I cancel the DD and move to Sky.

    @tescomobile Thank you for replying. I'm actually interested to know why customers have to pay for a additional service to block scam numbers on their landlines. Blocking on mobile phones is of course free and the customer controls it. But not for landlines.

    @tescomobile Hello. Yes, it catches up after a few muinutes. @tescomobile knows this. It's left like this, when can be instant. It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

    @tescomobile I live in an area with poor indoor network coverage and can't make or receive calls. Is Tesco mobile going to permit Wi-Fi calling soon? If not I will be switching to another provider.

    @tescomobile we haven’t had any service since last Sunday due to an o2 mast problem , this is the 2nd or 3rd time this year , we were promised a discount on our (my partner and I’s) bill but that never happened . I think it’s appalling, we can’t send or receive calls since Sat.
