@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’m trying to connect to my work VPN from my laptop through my mobile hotspot. Just on a call with your support guys and they reckoned that isn’t supported on Three. Works fine through @tescomobile and @e_emobile though. Can you confirm this isn’t supported?

  • BeccaRose101 Rebecca-Rose lewis (@BeccaRose101) reported

@tescomobile why is it when you ring your customer care line for help with payment, but because I've been busy working in a gp surgery non stop all day, I don't get the help because I didn't ring quick enough. I find your company's customer service awful.

@tescomobile all you had to do was but in a bit of effort and get DPD back to my house but you couldn’t be bothered. So now you’ve lost a new customer and the revenue that would have brought in and of course I won’t be recommending you to anyone I know #tescomobile #DPDOficial

@tescomobile I moved from EE over the weekend and I’d never have moved if I knew your 4G was this slow and intermittent 😢

@tescomobile Looks like we'll be leaving Tesco mobile then after many years as customer. Can't understand why the network providers can do it and you can't.
