    @tescomobile Nah, they are happy on their new network now. "You" only offered to help when they were leaving, they didn't get a lot of support when problems arise, ie not been able to text eachother!

    @tescomobile @bloke_book It looks like there is work in my area (Wiltshire) however I have driven to Cornwall and back today and it has not worked at all all day? Very frustrating as I am possibly expecting an emergency phone call!

    @tescomobile I tried to buy bananas at your high street store but the self service till would not let me scan them and they're were NO staff around to help and I had to get my son so I ended up just taking them. Sort it out or you will lose out on more banana profits I am sure if it 😡

    The £2.99 was taken in addition to the next monthly amount and still @tescomobile cancelled the account. A terrible action from a terrible company in time of national crisis. The relative in question could not call for help after a fall & this was due to the mobile being cut off

    @tescomobile I work at a college & got a call this week from one of your security team as they had on going problems with a group of girls & suspected they may be connected with our college. I explained we have a large student body and it would be hard for any member of staff 1/2

    @tescomobile My first tweet! Just spent approx 1.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue. Had to speak to 2 advisors after being cut off after being transferred. I asked to speak to a manager - no managers available! Your customer service use to be impressive!
