  @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

  Called @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

  Man I was so happy to be going to @tescomobile when my o2 contract ended but the whole system is terrible!! Terrible customer service, I’ve had a nightmare!! Customer service will always win over price!

  @tescomobile Yes, started with texting PAC from mobile and got a “technical problems, please try later” message. Tried 5 times, same message.

  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks
