Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. jason mcneilly (@jaymcneilly) reported@tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.

You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.
