@tescomobile having issue with connecting to Internet via my data, suddenly being asked for O2 password? Never happened before. And can't get onto chat either to try and resolve. Can send receive text/call. Any ideas?

@tescomobile I sent my daughters phone in to be fixed 16/12. I have had no news and no replacement phone on the pay monthly contract the phone is within 12months warranty. Is this typical service? Pretty poor tesco mobile.

Hey @tescomobile you sent me my SAR request on a data stick but I don't have the password to open it. Could u provide? Also got my letter in as u have passed my debt to a third party. Ironically you would have been cheaper dealing with this as the FOS charge u £750 per complaint

@tescomobile ok so I’m trying to bring my number to your network but when I text PORT to 23424 it says reply with the number you want to transfer but when I text 23424 using a non-tesco number it just says “failed to send”

@tescomobile Hi Rob, no record if it on the repair track thing. I have called repair centre who said they have no update and that it must be the holidays that are causing a delay, but it was sent well before the holidays. Abysmal. I’m paying monthly for no service?
