@tescomobile Thanks for your assistance Jade but you obviously haven't listened to me. There will be no changing their mind because Tesco Mobile has let us down very badly with their customer service so I'll be ending this chat now and taking it up with Head Office.

@tescomobile seems to be trying to defraud its potential customers as well as piss them off. Perhaps speaking to a manager shouldn't be such an ordeal? Also, if your complaint line is ALWAYS experiencing a high number of calls, you can't call that unusual in the recorded message.
