Think @Tesco really need to invest in some dictionaries for their staff Just been told by the worst #customerservice ever that me setting my @tescomobile account to 'NO Limit' actually means there is a limit of £50 Then she simply hung up Why? Come on Tesco, why call it NO Limit

@tescomobile Well I did actually ask the question yesterday afternoon and it seems from reading other comments that I wasn't the only one with the same issues so clearly a problem!!! Hardly fair to run a competition that isn't possible to enter if you have only one social media platform

So @tescomobile it's got to the point where I have to manually top up my account then use the app to buy a bundle. It was so much easier when it was deducted automatically from my bank, before Mi-Pay Ltd screwed it up. 4 years without a problem, now it's time to leave.

@tescomobile ... are no help. Emailing Mi-Pay Ltd is no help as they then email Tesco asking Tesco to help me when we already know Tesco can't help. I enter my info, it spins around for a bit, then tells me: "You are not authorized to acces (sic) this page." It is broken!

Spoke to @tescomobile for an hour and 20 minutes for a serious issue just to get palmed off and told there's nothing they can do!! You treat people like they're nothing. It's disgusting.
