  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  • Bilo_Kravo Joey Joe Joe Junior Shabadoo (@Bilo_Kravo) reported from Dundee, Scotland

    Just cancelled my contract with @tescomobile and I've never been made to feel like such a traitorous sack of shit in all my life. Jesus, not sure I'll be able to look myself in the mirror again.

  • dundeeandy Andy The Dee (@dundeeandy) reported from Dundee, Scotland

    Thank you @tescomobile for crediting my next month's phone bill for £3 after I'd made a complete mess of uploading my Clubcard voucher onto this months bill. Excellent Customer service handled with minimum of fuss.

  • dougaitken Doug (@dougaitken) reported from Dundee, Scotland

    @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  • Adrienne65 🇬🇧AdrienneB🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇺 (@Adrienne65) reported from Dundee, Scotland

    @JodiAkyy87 @MattieHayde @tescomobile Both myself and my husband are having the same issue

    @O2 I’m in BT9, Boucher area, Belfast. I’m a @tescomobile customer but I believe they piggy back of @O2 , apparently I have a 5G signal. I shouldn’t need to have Wi-Fi for calls, that’s why they call it a mobile.
