    @tescomobile Hi, I went in store yesterday as I wanted to change my PAYG tariff from the one where you top up and get triple credit to the rocket pack with 5000 minutes of calls. The guy said it will take 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and nothing has happened. Help please!

    @tescomobile my SIM is showing “no service” on my phone. Currently abroad and can’t come into a branch. Is there any way to resolve this issue remotely? Very urgent issue.

    @pyscho_penguin @cra1gbluenose @tescomobile Tesco mobile uses o2 network. You’re talking bollox. What you’re saying is impossible. Tesco does not have their own cellular network

    @tescomobile Completely unacceptable!! Tesco cut your old SIM off 1 day after sending a new SIM, even though they send it standard post! It's now 4 days without any service. Can't even ring them as I don't have a network to ring them off! Using public WiFi in town. So stressed!!!

    @tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 Few months ago but it's got worse. My phone often just goes to answer phone due to no signal so I'm missing important calls (such as doctors, work calls etc) Messages don't often send, I'm replying on WhatsApp (when that works!). WiFi isn't that good and my phone data never works

    @tescomobile your systems were down yesterday & I was told my price would be honoured & it’s not!! What is going on with lying to customers & then can’t get through on the phone!!!!!!!!!
