Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Plus from what I see people are getting bad connection and like usual bad companies Tesco seem to blame it on your phone or sim and does not realise they are not a good network company.
