Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

I explained there were more than sufficient funds and the error was your system. Apparently cant usey card for 30 days to top up??? Really tesco what a rubbish service!
