@songwritingdoc @tescomobile “I’m offended because you used a word which looks like a bad word, and kids might see it.” is a new flavour of tinned outrage I haven’t seen before. Good work.

@tescomobile I've just moved to tesco mobile & want to keep my old number. On placing my order I entered my PAC code online. I got an email saying to send a text or make a call from the new sim and that would prompt the number to port within 24hr. It hasn't yet ported. Pls help?

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@BuzStringer @tescomobile I got the kid a sim only for an unlocked Pixel 3 or 3+ phone. Still stuck at Emergency Calls Only. Was Vodafone, now EE sim. Done activation codes umpteen times. I've a call centre aversion on the grounds the 98% in all of them are clueless. Any ideas?

@tescomobile You piggy back off O2. They maintain the masts and infrastructure and you get 60% of the signal.

@JuliaDixon1949 @cgiAlexis @tescomobile A main rule of business - Never take your finger completely out of the pie. If the business your exiting is profitable, keep a hand in it - if the new owners fail, you could buy back the stake that you sold for a fraction you sold it for. Walmart aren't stupid.

@tescomobile I've checked and apparently they're doing work in the area that knocks out signal, but they did that a couple of weeks ago which means I'm paying to be unable to use my phone for about a week and a half out of the month.
