Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Promised to call me in 2 weeks when the problem phone was in my possession and did exactly that. Deserves a mention.

We ordered a 5g card for my daughter they have switched mine and her sim cards off and we will have to wait till they arrive before we get any service. Really disappointed.. I didn't want 5g card.
