Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Poor service for 2 years and looking at another year of the same, I can forward screen recordings of the shambles you call a network showing 4G and media just buffering !
