Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasnโt turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I canโt use my phone at all. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
