    @tescomobile Already tested my sim in another phone and the issue is still the same, I’ve wiped the SIM card several times and no Improvement.

    How can @EE claim to be the best 5G network when my other @tescomobile sim card in the same phone consistently outperforms on 5G signal strength, call quality and Internet speeds??

    @tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 There is an issue, I've already followed your steps. Unfortunately that does not help me out and now I'm paying for a service which isn't up to scratch!

    @tescomobile Hello Rob I get the same kind of speeds no matter where I go, full signal in this case with less than one meg speed leaving it unusable in most cases

    @tescomobile 5 days after porting my number to TM still no signal. TM helpline says systems down. Instant Messaging stopped helping mid conversation. Please resolve!

    @tescomobile Hi Liz, so why would this be the 1st of July and not the 1st of June? We have tried calling multiple times and the help line are not helpful at all!
