    I am furious! @tescomobile I need help. No on is answering, web chat has cut me off. And Fraserburgh and Daneston Aberdeen have both switched phone to engaged, rather than answer. I am far from home and even webchat isn't picking up...I have 3 phones on my contract. 😡

    @tescomobile hey do you know when the o2 signal issue will be sorted within Glasgow area? Not had any signal at while work since Thursday last week.

    @tescomobile It’s not my home postcode it’s my work one. I get signal as soon as I get a certain distance away so it’s an issue with the area i just wondered when it would be sorted as thats been a while. The postcode id rather not post public though

    @tescomobile just curious, I've got a new SIM and now can't seem to get onto the app. Says there's technical difficulties. Is there a known problem with the app in general or is it something to do with the new SIM?
