    Sorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.

    @DerylLynn @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Agreed (O2) but I believe itโ€™s essentially a lower priority part of their network. Will try a SIM on EE or another first before switching

    @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

    @Paul68958640 @tescomobile Unbelievable Paul-Iโ€™ve had to replace so many chargers before but never this fast-and this one has a completely new adapter so I canโ€™t use an old one
