    Sorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.

    @Paul68958640 @tescomobile Unbelievable Paul-Iโ€™ve had to replace so many chargers before but never this fast-and this one has a completely new adapter so I canโ€™t use an old one

    @tescomobile Iโ€™ve just told you - my mobile banking app is locked. Iโ€™m not interested I am totally disgusted. No I will not hide behind DMs. Your customer care is crap and the service ****. Plus Iโ€™ve just lost one hour of chargeable labour, for which I will be invoicing. You are in debt.

    Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained Iโ€™m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are ยฃ7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, thatโ€™s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now Iโ€™m leaving.

    @tescomobile @cyclist13 Afternoon. Itโ€™s tough to estimate the signal strength AFTER Iโ€™ve left the area. I need to know why the signal in the Swansea area around the ground and 1/2 mile radius is so bad ON a match day

    I have a Android pay as you go,I have been a customer for many years,no probs,but since you changed from the old top up system my messages are either a day,at least,late,or the system is busy,why is this? @tescomobile

    @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.
