@tescomobile So I’m paying for a service I’m not getting? Not good enough. This event has been bad enough for folks up here - I would have thought that a large concern like @tescomobile would at least do the decent thing and adjust this month’s charges accordingly.

Hi @tescomobile Been out of the country for 2 years and got back yesterday but no service on Tesco SIM. This is a big problem because its the number for my passenger locator form, bank & other important things. It worked abroad but just stopped working. Hope you can help please.

@tescomobile I don't think so, Rob. This has been the very first problem I've had and judging from the downdetector web page, there have been numerous problems with Tesco mobiles today. My hubbie (who has a different phone but is also Tesco mobile) is also experiencing problems.

@tescomobile no signal in large parts of Winchester for 2 weeks. Apparently s mast has been removed. Will this be resolved soon ? Will you refund my November bill? If it can’t be resolved then I, along with many others, will reluctantly have to find a new provider.

@tescomobile Call me thick but I'm not sure how to go about taking out the SIM card - please advise (and from online search it looks like mine is not the only problem with Tesco mobile atm)

@tescomobile Please understand that this is a very serious problem for me - my husband is seriously ill in hospital. And the mobile phone is the only means of contacting him (when his is working). With mine out, we're stuffed.

@tescomobile Hi thanks for getting back so quickly, Rob, I've done as you suggest and the page reports no problem in the Shanklin area. It also suggested switching off/on again, which I've done. Same thing, looked like it was searching for a signal and then SOS Call Only cam up on the screen
