Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

Not sure thereโs a reason to DM as itโs clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that youโre dealing with it.

I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you havenโt received an email, shocking from a company of this size
