Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! π€―

She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

Iβve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
