    @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

    @tescomobile Ahh well we are now a week after this tweet and are no further forward. Been promised time and time again give us 24 hours and we will get it sorted, it's an absolute joke. Trouble is apparently my number isn't connected so I can't even transfer it over to another provider

    1/2 Need some help 🙏A close elderly friend having problems with network coverage using her @tescomobile phone. Although an older phone still seems fine. The coverage is intermittent (works most of wirral) but importantly not working where she lives -Egremont/Manor Rd Wallasey

    @tescomobile Having some issues topping up my phone online. I didn't know if this was an issue because I was attempting it abroad, but now I am home its still not working. I keep getting a response saying I'll be emailed further instructions but still received nothing

    @tescomobile the worst customer service possible. Been charged an additional £150 to my bill back in march for data bundle that was removed. Now stuck without being able to use my phone for couple of months. I phone them to get it sorted and they basically tell me to call back.

    @tescomobile trying to sign my credit agreement as a new customer but have no access to my account (not a recognised as user apparently!). Been on phone & chat for over 1hr with no progress. Please can someone urgently help - need to sign tomorrow before midday!
