    @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

    @tescomobile hi I have transferred my nos. This is dialling ok but when I sent txt they are recording the SIM nos not my mobile nos. Also I am paying for 50GB of data but the data used records out of 2GB can you please correct both of these issues.

    @TDenyard @tescomobile Took a repair technician to go against his own company to get a refund. Have contacted Repair Team's Concerns Management Team but they not willing to telephone her. My Wife needs her phone for hospital appointments. Tom Denyard... hang your head in shame.

    @tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

    @tescomobile still no mobile data in my East London area. Your signal checker says the mast is not working but its been like this since Monday. When will it be fixed? Please don't tell me to leave my details on the site for updates as this function is not available.

    @tescomobile @ConstructionFE @NatWest_Help I'd love to but she didn't give me it. I'll be honest the service wasn't good at all. If you're going to have a customer helpline it'd be good if they were capable of helping. Even if it's directing you to another helper that is more knowledgeable than them
