    @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

    @tescomobile Whilst on the phone to your customer services for an hour trying to cancel my contract and go to PAYG, they cut my network while I was talking now I'm unable to log into apps etc and they haven't swapped it to PAYG like I asked.

    @tescomobile @Tesco Phone 'APP' was the initial issue. It doesn't provide the service advertised and has since been uninstalled.

    @tescomobile I have been a pay as you go customer for many years but decided to have a new cheap phone on contract,not good so asked to cancel and return to PAYG and keep original number was told OK,3 online chats,1 rude call and still nothing,awful!

    @paulrdon @tescomobile I would cancel Paul! Network is poor all times, I’ve been trying to resolve for nearly 12 months! But am tied in now unfortunately

    The first customer care agent for @tescomobile transferred me to sales which was a waste of all of our time seeing as sales ≠ fraud

    @tescomobile come on just when think i might get problem resolved we take two steps back, have got from having the wrong number, to now having no ability to make or receive calls and no net might as well carry a brick than a phone . For god sake how difficult is it

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile That’s really bad …. Nowadays all the operators are trying to differentiate their services through customer journey and experience, yet it seems Tesco Mobile can’t provide the basics !!!!
