    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    @tescomobile I've tried computers in the US, London & Bournemouth via RDP. Ive tried iphone on 5g. combos of chrome, safari, wired & unwired. All: same result. Other twitter users telling me it also doesn't work for them.. so it sounds like it ONLY works for Tesco mobile employees. Why?

    @DisneyPlus I was given a code by @tescomobile for free 3months,It runs out in December. I want to cancel now so I don't get charged but account settings isn't giving the option. What can i do please .

    I have a lot of data on my phone and the Internet not working that well. I am with #TescoMobile I do have full bar of signal. I am using #FreeMcDonaldsWIFI. It has 5g when I am town when am somewhere else it goes back to 4g. I don't understand why 🤔. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I’ve had a reply via email now. For future reference, when a customer says they’re not happy and are looking to make a complaint, putting “actual” or “actually” when replying comes across really condescending.

    @tescomobile Thanks Jade, Tesco (in store) where I purchased the phone have confirmed that I am eligible under the terms of my contract. Can you please confirm why the conflict in information and and also my cancellation terms as I have no faith the service.

    @tescomobile was cancelled in store as we took a new contract out with a new phone number when we cancelled the original contract! error made by store staff & @tescomobile refuse to rectify issue from their own mistake/incorrect information given to me leaving me out of pocket

    @tescomobile No it's not down to those things. I have tried across multiple browsers, computers in different locations. I have had my colleagues working remotely testing it.. and it's not working for any of us. Can YOU post a screenshot of it working for you???
