    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    @tescomobileire Morning folks. I was in Belfast at a medical appointment yesterday and couldn't use my #Tescomobile phone. It was stuck at No Service all day. What was happening?? When I came back across the border it started working straight away. Weird

    @tescomobile Hi, I think I've managed to sort it with the help of a very helpful person on your helpline called Mac (or maybe Mark or Max - bad line) and despite DPD's best efforts to make things as difficult as possible. Thanks anyway 👍

    @tescomobile I've been with Tesco Mobile since 1954 and such is the high quality of their service, I have paid double what I needed to, minced up my children in deference and my wife underwent a brutal headswap operation with a rabid Alsatian to prove our loyalty to the company. Furthermore..

    @tescomobile Cannot fault Tesco mobile. Gave us a free month of data a few months ago. And - very important - there's a customer adviser only a mile or two away in the Tesco store, and they are exceptionally helpful.

    @Top_CashBack @tescomobile guys - there is an issue with the tracking. Massive ads saying £210 due for iPhone contracts between £25.01-£35. I signed up - but tracking in TopCashback app as £100. Need to know if it’s a mistake before I cancel and switch to virgin!

    @tescomobile For the 2nd time you are emailing a customer's personal information to me (address + credit agreement). How often are you leaking customer data + if it's widespread, maybe @ICOnews should be informed and your systems altered?

    @tescomobile The only hotspot/wifi is thro the phone so even via the computer i have to use the iPhone, it just doesn't work or at least thats my understanding, so so frustrating 😡😡😡

    @tescomobile need some help, I’ve changed mobile phone provider but still being billed you yourselves. I received the PUK number and transferred over a month ago. Can’t access the apps and can’t get through on the phone.
