@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

  • ThomasDegg Thomas Anderson-Degg (@ThomasDegg) reported

@tescomobile Or, the more likely reason being my minutes and data contract is over but I’m still paying my device. Such a coincidence it’s only since my contract went to rolling monthly. Yet I still can’t change to another network even though my minutes contract is finished?

  • itsJade92x jade 🦕 (@itsJade92x) reported

@tescomobile hi was wondering if there’s any issues with the network at all? Having to jump onto public WiFi as I can’t receive anything, including texts/calls? Have tried switching my phone on and off but hasn’t worked….

  • LiamK84 Liam K (@LiamK84) reported

@tescomobile @FraochL Cons sounds an awful lot like scones.

  • APhillips1962 Andy Phillips (@APhillips1962) reported

@tescomobile how long are you going be having problems on line can’t access details to manage account, ain’t got time hang on end of phone waiting to be answered

  • bexaxaxa Rebecca (@bexaxaxa) reported

@tescomobile I’ve had no signal from you all afternoon, is there an issue locally or nation wide?

  • M1KE_HARRIS Mike Harris (@M1KE_HARRIS) reported

@tescomobile Ok, I can't now access my @PrimeVideo account anymore because they can't verify my OTP. I STILL can't make any calls for over 5 minutes! There is little point in me calling 4455 to speak because my 5 minutes runs out. Some one help me from @tescomobile

  • megatronshq don macdonald (@megatronshq) reported

@tescomobile I was looking to upgrade but sadly with your lack of competitive prices especially on Samsung phones will have to change network

  • ThomasDegg Thomas Anderson-Degg (@ThomasDegg) reported

@tescomobile Yes and I don’t mind this, but I’ve asked to cancel my minutes contract and just pay my device by direct debit but this isn’t possible. So the contact for minutes may as well be 30 months too because I can’t get out of it?

  • lissadrone Jack (@lissadrone) reported

@tescomobileire @tescomobile Can't ring mobile network not available

  • M1KE_HARRIS Mike Harris (@M1KE_HARRIS) reported

@tescomobile Ok I'll DM but I'd also like to know why 4455 cuts off after exactly 5 minutes now. It's nothing to do with signal, it happens every time at precisely 5 minutes.
