@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile i can understand work being carried out but going over a month and a week now with no phone signal not being able to call the doctors or make any appointments is shame full when i have got a 2 year old as well and missing out on work this is uncalled for

@tescomobile Hi Jade, yeah the online chat people have told me twice that there is a problem with the gateway. Address fine, my bank / funds availability fine (all three I’ve tried), used different laptops / browsers… will try again today.

@tescomobile I upgraded on Sunday online but never signed the credit agreement. The email said if I didn't sign by the Monday wouldn't be sent. My old phone started working so I decided not to sign and leave it, but the phone came today. Can I take it in store to stop the upgrade
