    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    the year is 2021 and companies are still using indian call centres with staff that cant complete even the most basic of tasks. 5 minutes of blood-boiling poor service from @O2 and im literally shaking with anger. Remind me again why i'm not w/ tesco mobile already? @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!

    @tescomobile It's been cancelled from my banks end, as the bill date was changed well in advance (when I made a previous payment, in February) advisor told me there have been a lot of system errors recently, so not my fault.

    @tescomobile what disgraceful customer service! 6 phone calls about a faulty phone and I am no further forward and still have a phone 16 months old not working .... I imagine you'll still want me to pay the bill though 🤬
