@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile Very poor customer service today after 3 identical faults with the same handset that is meant to be fixed & your website has technical problems when trying to view bills and manage the account. How quickly can I get 3 pac codes to move to another provider?

I am furious! @tescomobile I need help. No on is answering, web chat has cut me off. And Fraserburgh and Daneston Aberdeen have both switched phone to engaged, rather than answer. I am far from home and even webchat isn't picking up...I have 3 phones on my contract. 😡

@tescomobile Hi afternoon I have a new android phone. Instead of delete it gives me the option of archieve. Is that down to you, android or the phone maker? Does archieve take up any space on my phone?

@tescomobile I already did that. It said that it's slow in my area and you're working to make it better or something. I just don't understand how it was fine until a week ago. V hard to watch videos etc
