@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  • HattyDevon DevonBows (@HattyDevon) reported

@tescomobile No network for 4 weeks and at least another 3 weeks until it may be back on in Torbay 😡

  • Nathansnowbooks Nathan Snow (@Nathansnowbooks) reported

@tescomobile app not working, says to call customer care because of a glitch, no error code and reinstalling doesn’t fix it. Running version 6.8.0

  • Indi54311600 Indi (@Indi54311600) reported

@jcstaff_ @tescomobile If you get through the human you speak to will be no help you may as well talk to yourself with Tesco Mobile.

  • Indi54311600 Indi (@Indi54311600) reported

@okaaay_then @tescomobile The staff at Tesco are rude and nasty.

  • AndrewAlanArt Andrew Alan Johnson - Artist (@AndrewAlanArt) reported

@tescomobile Nope. I'm being told I can try a new SIM card but the one that came with phone made no difference to me getting the 'waiting for connection' error when trying to text. Having no service whilst that displays. I've had to take the SIM out twice and restart phone. From Google help!

  • Emma_LFC89 ⭐⭐⭐Emzy*⭐⭐⭐ (@Emma_LFC89) reported

@tescomobile Would be good if i actually had any signal hopefully nothing happens while im still at work otherwise im screw if i need to call anyone

  • CazenoveWard Cazenove Ward Panel (@CazenoveWard) reported

@tescomobile Thank you for replying. I'm actually interested to know why customers have to pay for a additional service to block scam numbers on their landlines. Blocking on mobile phones is of course free and the customer controls it. But not for landlines.
