@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile I can now get incoming calls but can’t make outgoing as I’ve supposedly used 44640 minutes, sent 31000 texts and used 12gb of data, since Thursday! This is now my third day without full service and I have lost two days of work! Tesco Mobile? 💩

@tescomobile prepaid number was not recharged for sometime as I was out of the country, now even after recharge, unable to make calls or receive texts. Please help, extremely urgent as not receiving OTPs. Unable to call 1749 either!

@Fazpat23 @tescomobile Have you made any progress? My family members have the same issue and there has been no resolution. For over 2 weeks 3 phones cannot make calls, one can’t receive calls either or access data.

@tescomobile @eddilowe I have also had this problem, I have tried 12 times at different points last night and twice this morning. There is more than enough on the card and no details on the card have changed. At one point it did £10 but I need £20.

@tescomobile This is after completing the Barclaycard SMS-based 2FA authorisation. I suspect the CSP failure is relevant (there are also other CSP problems on the site with fonts, but I don't think they're relevant)

@tescomobile should be ashamed of how bad their customer service is. No call back from a manager within 24 hours and still no refund after well over a week now!! Avoid #tescomobile if you’re looking for a new phone deal.

@tescomobile Come to Tesco Mobile they said; it’s so easy to bring your old number. Five days later I am still waiting and have been without any service at all for over twenty four hours. I have lost a days work because I don’t have access to another phone!
