@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile Bad company, and always have been. Surprised the different prices (massively inflated) for people without a club card is actually legal. Tesco’s always up to some con job.

@tescomobile Give us your data and we will allow you a bit of discount. It's meant to be a shop not a swap service. I don't even use the metro or garages anymore - not a hope in hell of using the mobile #swapshop #databribery #no

@tescomobile Of course it has a impact on a credit file. I my credit file points did not go down as much as when I took out a mortgage. Your credit check screws over people credit scores. Period

@BottyBotBot8 @tescomobile They have just doubled the prices for non-Clubcard owners. They think we’re stupid.

@tescomobile before people take out a SIM only or handset contract, remember the credit check with this provider will have a bigger impact on your credit file as opposed to taking out a house mortgage and the customer service absolutely sucks.

@tescomobile Food bank use rising, people going hungry, the poor pay a high percentage of their income over to food whilst not buying much ¬ buying expensive. Clubcard is a means of giving t wealthy big discounts. Prior to pandemic in which Tesco made extra billions it had bargains for all

@tescomobile I don't shop for groceries with Tesco since their delivery charges increased (if you could get a slot) however their mobile phone service/prices are about the best I have found so far.

@tescomobile Couldn't change my Bundle to £5 online, as #MiPay is not allowing me to! So I had to do it on the phone but £10 was minimum! This is too much a month for me and am left with wasted mins and texts! Your customer care said I could just pay £5 (wrong!)
