Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@Matthew1542810 @tescomobile I never received any confirmation in any form and in fact when I contacted customer service they told me it didn’t go through… which meant they were helping me be double charged
-
TheRealMacSween (@Dougie05957548) reported@tescomobile I’d love to, if private messaging was activated on the Tescomobile X account. The guy in your call centre said he would call me at 3pm. Still waiting. Totally crap. Going back to O2.
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad
-
Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported@tescomobile There may be no fault, but also virtually NO signal to make/receive calls in Bournemouth BH4 area all of the time.
-
cierdh (@steph6_xox) reported@tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@tescomobile @MartinSLewis Been emailing back and forth with Sahira to concerns@tesco as finally opened complaint and have been speaking to Sahira. I have email proof I have responded yet had email this morning to say as I had not responded she is closing complaint
-
Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable
-
Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile Hi Harry. I was hoping that the service I’m paying for would provide a reliable service That’s not the case

susan beddoe (@BeddoeSusan) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.

sanguine_kodiak (@sanguine_kodiak) reported@SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.
