    @tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

    @tescomobile Hi thanks for getting back so quickly, Rob, I've done as you suggest and the page reports no problem in the Shanklin area. It also suggested switching off/on again, which I've done. Same thing, looked like it was searching for a signal and then SOS Call Only cam up on the screen

    @tescomobile any reason my mobile network ain't working? And why your own site says there's no issues yet every other outage site clearly shows a problem??? Lying counts
