I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

Jim Hurst (@xLevel) reportedJust spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!
