@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Here is fun my signal was bad I'm pay as you go with o2 they told me as I'm basic customer I'd only get better signal if I took 12 month contract and paid by direct debit. I declined. Complaint later and contact from my mp they discovered their mast had a fault apparently

@samziz @OutlawRealms @tescomobile No one reads contracts. I have a contract with Virgin, which won't allow them to change the price or terminate the contract without my consent. I get calls all the time, trying to get me into any other contract with them. Not happening.

@tescomobile Don’t you use O2’s network?... the company which Ofcom fined £10.5m last month after billing errors meant it overcharged customers who left the company.

@tescomobile Don't apologise for firms like @ThreeUK and @O2 as they are more than happy to charge silly money for substandard service. Keep doing what your doing, service and support have been outstanding.

@tescomobile If only you were a mobile network, but you are just an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) using O2.
