@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile There has been an outage in RG22 due to a worker cutting the cable for wifi and data since Wednesday. Some providers are offering free data until this is sorted est fix date 13/06. No wifi for 5 days has caused me to run out of data. Is there anything you can advise?

@tescomobile Hello. I understand I can do this but I was cut off from mobile data for 2 days. O2 have apparently offered 20gb free for the rest of the month due to the problem over 4000 homes are having. Is this something you would consider?

@tescomobile @Tesco #shambles purchased a phone for £79.99 in April for my dad last night it just went black no damage. Took it to store they told him to ring a 0345 number which costs about 45p a minute! The store didn't know the refund process. More training needed

@tescomobile I'd be surprised if your queue went back to yesterday. Thanks but I'm not new to mobile phones. Will you be sending me another phone to try it in? Vodafone SIM worked fine in this phone. Changed to Tesco and signal is naff. I don't think it's my phone all of a sudden, do you?
