@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

@tescomobile I activated the Tesco SIM on Saturday and replied to the text messsge with my PAC code and number I wish to keep. I have changed my number on my iPhone in settings but no service 🤔😒

@tescomobile Thanks but all it says is area is busy, problem is its not just today. If it was it would be OK. I've been missing calls, even though checker says everything is OK for a while now.

@tescomobile I have been staying at LN11 7RP for the last few days and there has been no service checking on your coverage checker (which I should have done before hand) it confirms that there is a good service when in fact there’s not….Is this something that you can look into?

@tescomobile I had a complaint today logged it with four members of staff from @tescomobile customer care team asked speak to a manager and they get a complaint advisor to call me telling what he can’t do for me @tescomobile #Jokenetwork
