I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

Drew Ledson (@DL_BSL) reported@tescomobile Just tried to use a club card voucher to pay my bill. What a faff. Copying and entering 15 digit codes. Doesn't work in the app: log in the website. You need a pin & password. Now you're locked out. Voucher expires today!! Couldn't be less user friendly 👎
