Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported@tescomobile Still having problems, Rob. After 9 phone calls & a surprising twist where I couldn't even call or text yesterday, I now have to wait for SIM no. 3 to be delivered...some time after Wednesday. I've been told several times everything would be reset & it has never happened. Awful.

Kevin Thompson (@truebluey69) reported@tescomobile I am very disappointed that Tesco has decided to go along with the other money grabbing mobile airtime providers. . except O2.. which puzzles me as you use their mobile network... profiteering ?? Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.

𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀 (@Richperks) reported@tescomobile customer support network is a farce. Two months of trying to resolve a problem; have resorted to lodging a formal complaint online (under the heading ‘please ask your question here’)…it’s not a question Tesco! Automation and bots = very unhappy customers! Unreal!

Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.

Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported@seymourjames3 @tescomobile Thanks, Jim. Utterly useless shower of charlatans. Happy to take the money but no regard for customers. I've documented everything. If not resolved soon I'll be bypassing Tesco altogether and taking my issue to the relevant ombudsman. So many folk having similar issues. So poor.

Bryan 🏴 (@bryanmcc74) reported@tescomobile @O2 why is the 4g signal in south Ayrshire so poor ? Other services are running 5g in this area but we lucky to get 4g to work

The Near East (@Aladdins_CaveUK) reported@pammadbutkind @tescomobile I'm sorry but it is only human to be angry when you wait in the boiling heat for four hours to use a service advertised on a supposedly reputable website only to be told to go away. Tesco/ Evri are guilty of false advertsing
