    @tescomobile this morning all I wanted to do was top up my mobile. Your customer service is dreadful. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

    @tescomobile Hi, i seem to have an increasing number of people telling me they ring me and although they say my phone seems to be ringing i often get no ringing at my end, wife has same issue BL8 area

    @nookiehider @tescomobile It's honestly ridiculous for the UK to be so poor in such a critical infrastructure nowadays. Rest of the world are MILES ahead of us.

    @tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-Iā€™m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

    It has been nearly 5 months and the horrible people at @tescomobile continue to daily. It is now time for @Tesco to do their jobs.

    Hi. Since ui8.5 my phone is becoming unusable, very slow, buggy, apps not responding, syst ui not responding errors, apps causing other apps to force close, apps taking forever to load. All this is from ui8.5 @tescomobile
