@Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile I went to Tesco's, and I can get the Samsung s22 with unlimited everything for £35 a month. Atm, I'm on EE with the s21 and 100gb data with the price increase. it's £50 a month. Sucks I still have a year to go in contract.

@tescomobile I’m having terrible issues at the moment with your network which have been ongoing for almost 7 months now, I’ve been calling up and had the phone cut off on me multiple times😡 however you are still happy to charge me £50 per month

  • _HinduTimes ryan (@_HinduTimes) reported

It's an absolute joke that I have called @tescomobile 5 times about a legitimate complaint and never once been able to speak to a manager. The agent had to actually message their manager for advice whilst on the call. Useless.

  • LordHuw Sinclair (@LordHuw) reported

@tescomobile Does the email I've just received mean TESCO mobile are going to **** all their customers up the arse with an annual CPI % price increase?

  • Happytoberight Need to Know (@Happytoberight) reported

@tescomobile Try going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday 22nd as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

  • _HinduTimes ryan (@_HinduTimes) reported

Dear @tescomobile your customer service and complaints process is absolutely abysmal. You have left a mark on my credit file over £26. This is affecting my ability to get a mortgage. It is completely out of order.

  • garyw33 Gary Wallace (@garyw33) reported

@tescomobile my nephew is having serious issues with his phone connection for over 7 months now. He's getting no where with customer services. They keep ending the call when he asks to speak to a manager regarding this. Is this the way you treat all customers??

  • pejro Brixton Bum (@pejro) reported

@tescomobile Atrocious coverage for the last 2 weeks across all my devices, what's going on? Constant dropouts, long waits to reconnect, very slow. Same with a colleague, who's given up on you altogether. When are you intending to fix this?

  • BigTallTweets1 The Bogus Gasman 🇺🇦 (@BigTallTweets1) reported

Apparently it is OK that @tescomobile keeps customers without service since January & into March then fob them off with a standard mass text response. Still collecting payments too. No compensation from a company which predicts profits of 2.5 billion this year. #VeryLittleHelp

  • peden97 stephen peden (@peden97) reported

@tescomobile absolutely shocking customer service, what do I have to do to speak to a manager? Every time I ask to speak to a manager the phone seems to get cut off😡 certainly would not be recommending your services
