@tescomobile It's ok Zoie it is all sorted now the last lovely lady sorted it for me and gave me the info very quickly, please just make sure all your operatives are properly trained because 1 out of 5 isn't great is it. Also the attitude of no 3 towards a customer needing help was appalling

And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

@tescomobile After logging a complaint with you back in April after the terrible service I received after my sister passed away - I have had no acknowledgment or final response in over 8 weeks despite chasing. Please respond so I can go to the communications ombudsman.

@DaveKendallPho1 @tescomobile They turned the 3G signal off which I know has caused me to lose signal in one area I used to have it.

@tescomobile I legally able to pay using cash. I am also extremely happy to do so. How does the headline TESCO REFUSE PAYMENT sound? You need to significantly modify your systems. I’ll be leaving your system once I can sort the banking IT issue. I’m more than disappointed with your ****.

@tescomobile I tied that it just tells you to use the app, which my mother's phone does not support

@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.
