@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

@tescomobile changed providers with you on 11/6 had no 4g since,you’ve sent a new sim and a new phone,told me it’s a problem with all numbers that have been transferred. No update but still charged me full contract price.Heaven forbid if I’m in an accident and can’t call anyone.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I had a mobile contract with you once. You are by far THE worst company for customer service. You shouldn’t even be in business. I’d recommend any one of your victims switch to @tescomobile like I did. Vodafone, joke of a company.

@clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

@RainTown @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@tescomobile I’ve managed to get her on Wi-Fi quickly but am not sure she’ll be able to fix it by herself. I don’t want her to mess up the settings so that it doesn’t work in the uk!
