@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile
