@tescomobile Thanks Callum. I'm looking to cut household bills before April when some horrendous rises kick in. Getting rid of my landline calls would be a big help. Unfortunately not everyone has a good enough signal to allow a clear call each evening so cannot cancel the landline yet.

@tescomobile I am this away from making a formal complaint. No more 'sorry for any inconvenience' nonsense. Get onto RM and get this sorted, I've been in all morning and early pm to get this. Beyond a bad joke now,
