@tescomobile Very disappointed that due to me changing address I can't get the deal I want before it expires! No warning of this when changing details. Should be warning it takes 72hrs! Customer service no help! Would have been renewing 3 contracts! Beware!

@O2 Data is unusable where I am (Milan). As stated, I get 3G but can’t use it, all apps say phone is not connected to network. Irony is my wife is with @tescomobile and is getting 5G. Crossed into Switzerland today and got 5G halfway up a mountain but can’t use phone in Milan. 🤷

1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile
