Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

@tescomobile yet again the service is out in S8. I have sat waiting for a ridiculously important phone call (from DWP) for the last hour. This is appalling. I'm so beyond fed up.

@tescomobile day 6 of no data now because you haven't ported my new number correctly. Absolutely no help given on live chat or DM. When I was told it would be fixed nothing changed. Might as well cancel!

@tescomobile For years we had all our phones with Tesco. In the last month I haven't been able to make phone calls or use Internet. Rang 10 times, and their customer service is awful, they don't know what to do👎. 3 came to the rescue this month. 👍

@tescomobile had been asked politely to cancel the following contract 17090536 After being told it was cancelled it has now been referred to a debt collection agency. This is unacceptable! Nightmare experience even getting through to someone!!

Anyone on #tescomobile used it abroad recently? Useless guides on their site just say ‘turn off data and use Wi-Fi’ which doesn’t help me understand how much it’ll cost.

Hello @tescomobile . About a month ago I got a new phone (Samsung S21 FE) and moved from the BT network to the Tesco Mobile network. Since then, I have been having very poor connection in villages, and only get anything in towns/cities. Do you have a connection map I can look at?
