    @EveAinsworth @AskPayPal @tescomobile This is so wrong. It’s easy for them to play bath and ball, but this is NOT solving your problem. They need to get to grips with this. Atrocious way to treat customers.

    Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

    Absolutely disgusting level of customer care from @tescomobile, cut off from all services without notice or justification & Im the one having to do all the chasing around to get someone to reply to the app customer care as no one seems bothered #Poor #Inadequate #Disgraceful

    @tescomobile I spoke to several people at customer service, they lied, I have moved on and get better value and service at giffgaff, I will never use Tesco mobile again.
