I've been on contract with tescomobile for years, took over my parents accounts and paying them with no issues, yet I try and move to iD and I can't, nor can I get in contact with iD because I'm not a customer, make that make sense?

@tescomobile It's difficult to explain here, because it's personal, but the gist is today I asked for help, & ended up having to use my emergency food money to pay my bill of £16.50 to avoid being cut off while in hospital having chemo.

I was with @tescomobile for years and had no issues at all, I swapped to @sky mobile last year because I got a great deal, and thus far it has been crap, its up down or dead, those are the options.

@tescomobile I’m a mobile engineer and have been all over London. Not once have I picked up 5G. If I’d known this I would never have signed up with TM. My handset is capable and 5G is selected.
