    @tescomobile I tried to help her forward it but she couldn’t work it out and she was a bit stressed about it all. I googled the number and there was reports of this number trying to scam people by pretending to be a daughter or son needing a bill paid.

    Pretty crap @tescomobile that you insist on taking money from a vulnerable old man with dementia. You can see he’s not used the phone but you will charge him for the rest of his life because he can’t speak up 🙌

    @tescomobile such poor customer service Tesco Mobile! I contacted you last Thursday due to severe O2 network outage and was told the mast was faulty in my area (BS15). Nearly a week on snd still not repaired, even worse, no communication from you! So disappointed!!

    @tescomobile I still carnt change my safety buffer. When this issue be resolved it was down yesterday as well.

    @tescomobile can I recommend improvements to the mobile app. I’m a dad I have my phone and my daughters phones with tescos. management of multiple phones on the app is honestly a bit poor. It’s good for single phones thou. Can we look at multi phone improvements on the app pls?
