    Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

    @tescomobile yet again the service is out in S8. I have sat waiting for a ridiculously important phone call (from DWP) for the last hour. This is appalling. I'm so beyond fed up.

    @EveAinsworth @AskPayPal @tescomobile This is so wrong. It’s easy for them to play bath and ball, but this is NOT solving your problem. They need to get to grips with this. Atrocious way to treat customers.

    @tescomobile I am a week into my new contract & still have not had my old number transferred successfully. Your customer service team repeatedly tell me there is a technical fault and a delay but cannot tell me what the fault is or when it will be fixed. Please help!

    @tescomobile both my numbers are out of action. Including a business number. I've been given excuse after excuse including 'the local mast is down for maintenance' while my mum also with Tesco mobile, her phone works just fine. How strange. 💩💩💩 #customerservice #fail
