Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

@tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!

@tescomobile Didn't find out until near the end of the contract when they asked me for advice on a new one. My mother did ask for a refund on one of the elements that she never used during the contract they'd carried over from previous contract that she had never used during that one either

@tescomobile Even the agent on the phone seemed outraged at how much the repair would cost (lovely woman, and she gave enough of a crap to actually get my name correct) Finally, do you know how the accident happened? The phone fell out of my pocket, approximately ONE INCH from the floor.
