@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

Okay atm I'm buying phones for homeless and then claiming back on expenses @tescomobile have tried to help demand is great so maybe unlocked phones so all that is needed is SIMS ?

@tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?
