    @tescomobile So I have data before 07.30 and after 22.30 but for the rest of the day, nothing? What is the point of an 'unlimited data' contract, when you can't provide it ? 🤔 How do I get reimbursed for this terrible service?

    @tescomobile I moved from Ee to tesco Mobile on 1st of May.I wish I never had.I have had 4 sim cards&a replacement phone and still my signal is very poor.I struggle to make&receive phone calls.I have sent u a formal complaint I should have been told the signal was bad in my area

    @tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?

    @tescomobile I have now been lied to twice by your operators, and for the 4th day in a row you’ve been unable to take my old mobile number over, and no-one seems to be able to tell me why this is. Is this your standard customer service?

    @tescomobile Complaining won't make the mast get fixed any quicker so won't be complaining. I tweeted for an update that's all as my update texts are not updates. Tesco are good so am sure they will compensate for the lack of service once it's sorted 👍

    @tescomobile really bad customer service, lied to about taking out new contract and keep lying to me and reading off a script, I warned them I would go on social media but they ignored that too. Complaints procedure is inept don't even acknowledge complaint NOT HAPPY !!!!!!

    @tescomobile Never again will I subscribe to you. 4 days ago I ported over. 4 days of no incoming calls and texts. I can only call out. 4 days of different excuses. 4 days of loosing money. #businessaccount #tescomobile

    @tescomobile Read the chat that I have been involved with for last few days then perhaps you will understand until this is sorted I will continue publicly there are a number of issues but no one seems to answer all of my questions and keep fobbing me off
