    @tescomobile Since lunchtime today I have not been able to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls. Tried a restart periodically but no joy. Please sort this issue - absolute nightmare.

    @tescomobile Why am I still waiting nearly 30 hours later? Still says no sim and please do not insult my intelligence, phone states no sim, same in another Tescomobile phone.. worked perfectly fine until issues
