    @tescomobile I tried, and it wouldn’t work as I have no access to the phone. The person was very unhelpful. I just managed to do it as a guest. No help, the mobile is in a care home, and we have no access to this. And nursing staff text my personal number when it needs topped up

    @tescomobile I am trying to initiate the offer for 6 months Clubcard offer for my new phone. The phone is in my name but OUR Tesco account is in my husband’s name, is this causing it to fail? Offer runs out tomorrow so am panicking a bit now

    @HMRCcustomers @beckbrady75 I've had 5 in 2 days! Sick of it! Blocked and reported each time but they use a different number. Can't the phone networks shut this down? @tescomobile ?
