@tescomobile It's a big misunderstanding of this matter. I had done chat conversations via the Tesco Mobile website with your staff this summer 3 times. They seemed to be very professional so I hoped all problems will be solved up. You can check the chat records and you can make a decision.

@tescomobile I have tried to call your team, several times over the past few days, and they have been rude and unhelpful, not understanding the issue at all. I will visit my local store tomorrow and speak with them. Thanks anyway.

@tescomobile On my laptop it says account account suspended. Feeling really frustrated as it was a nightmare taking out the contracts and now I can’t access the accounts. The phones are arriving today can I reject them and cancel please? Think will stay with O2 as never had any issues.

@tescomobile I'm having real trouble navigating your website. I'm getting 404 messages all over the place. My gran has had to go into a care home and I need to end her mobile contract - what is the easiest way to do this?
