    @JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile “Every Little Helps” - they took the ‘little’ too seriously in this phrase and whilst, yes even a small amount of data will help, it’s really a drop in the ocean for Tesco. 1000 requests = 20,000gb. Also 20gb isn’t enough for average of 4 hours daily online learning!

    @tescomobile your customer service is shocking and you should be ashamed! Phone ordered & package delivered today, has been tampered with and no phone inside and we the customer need to wait 5 days while you investigate! You should be sending a phone to us WHILE you investigate!

    @tescomobile Hello is there a way to get in touch with a senior complaints manager? I have had an issue for 2 weeks which you caused and have made worse. Speaking to the 4455 customer care line pretty much every day is getting me nowhere.
