To be fair though, Virgin really does have some great deals on phones which I wouldn't have checked out without Tescos incompetence

@tescomobile really unhappy trying to sort phone contract swap for a parent who has dementia & in hospital& we’re just getting blocks ! They need to speak to her ! She has dementia she won’t understand. The only contact we have during covid & it’s this difficult ! Please help
