@tescomobile Spend 30 min unsuccessfully trying to load a new payment card online. Error message prompts me to call Customer Support. They tell me they can't do anything. Go back to square one. This is not a good system. Basic transactions should be easy!

@tescomobile is there a known issue between Vodafone and Tesco mobile? I’ve been sending texts to my parents (both on Tesco mobile) and they haven’t got them, or when they send me a message I don’t receive any. Can receive phone calls but not messages.

@tescomobile I applied for a card weeks ago as each time I’ve tried on line, your system says I have one and need to enter random digits from my current card? I don’t and to my knowledge have never had a Tesco card? Someone was meant to get back to me and I’ve heard nothing....

@tescomobile desperately trying to get help with a fraudulent account set up in my name. 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, the account is still live, an iPhone I didn’t order is still at my house and my credit report is affected. Appalled and very stressed. PLEASE help

@tescomobile still haven't fixed the issue of logging into your site. If the OTP goes to your phone but the phone SIM isn't working, how do we login? I raised this about 4 years ago..
