    @tescomobile Thank you. I'll try that. The problem of patchy to non-existent service has been going on for at least a month. Also, anecdotally, with O2* elsewhere in inner SE London. *I'm aware that it's an O2 issue.

    @tescomobile hi I’ve just changed to Tesco and kept the same number. My signal has gone on o2 so I’ve put my Tesco SIM card in now but it says the phone number isn’t recognised when someone tries to call me

    Have had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with @tescomobile over the course of the last month. Don't upgrade, just leave and go somewhere else.
